As a family of 4 with one 18 year old and a 10 year old, this B&B couldn't have been more perfect! We booked two rooms for two nights and were delighted when we got one of the rooms with a queen size bed and a step down to a alcove with a single bed! Everyone had their space which...

Thank you all very much for choosing Linsfort B&B as your base while exploring Boyle and Lough Key Forest Park. A special thank you for taking the time to write this review and I know you looked at Tripadvisor reviews before making your choice. Frank & Heather now own Linsfort B&B. During my visit, Heather was away, but Frank held the fort (pun intended), paying every attention to detail, & ensuring that my stay was perfect. My room was comfortable, clean & warm - but not too warm. This ensured that I was able to get my washing dry - an important consideration when...

Dear Jane, Thank you so much for the wonderful review of your stay at Linsfort, our Georgian house in Boyle. I’m so pleased to read that your stay was ‘perfect’. You did indeed arrive as a cold front was passing through Ireland and it is very important to me in the event of cool weather that all rooms are comfortable...

Very welcoming. The B and B was kept very well. Little extra touches, such as fresh water and biscuits in our room on arrival and the offer of tea or coffee, made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was lovely and there was plenty of food to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I've many times bypassed Boyle heading for the better known places such as Sligo or Carrick on Shannon that are nearby. I now realise what a mistake that was. Boyle is a friendly historic town that would be a great place to use as a base to explore the area and to get a taste of real Ireland. It's also...

spent couple of nights here last week. We were made most welcome, had very comfortable and clean rooms. Boyle itself is a small, friendly place, where everyone makes you welcome, especially the owners of the Linsfort, Patricia and Michael, both lovely people. Rooms very spacious, and really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked, and plenty for everyone. Highly recommend it,...

We stayed for three days and had a fantastic time. Food was great. Rooms were large and clean. Michael and Tricia could not have been more helpful and friendly. Even accommodated the one who went wandering in the middle of the night with no keys. Definitely visit again

Patricia & Michael could not have made me feel more at home. The rooms are quiet, large and clean. I especially enjoyed the shower - I have long hair and washing it can be a challenge. Michael told me the history of the house as a wool mill, which was fascinating. The breakfast is generous and beautifully prepared by Patricia....

We went to the town of Boyle for the Lough Key Experience and chose the Linsfort B&B partly because of its reviews but also for its location so near to the lake (only 5 km). The owners are very welcoming and friendly with a good knowledge of the attractions around and within their town. The rooms are spacious, clean and...
