From my first dealings, when i rang the hotel and was offered the suite until we left the hotel, everything was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The receptionist spoke to us anytime we we in our out. We ate breakfast, brunch, and dinner, and all the food was good and reasonably priced. We had a suite and it was a beautiful room with a fabulous seaview. The hotel is situated right on the beach, plenty of benches outside for when the weather is good, there is also an outdoor wagon serving coffee, toasties, etc. Nice 4km beach walk towards Malahide and another 2km cliff walk that brings you to Portrane. Definitely will be returning. On a different note and hopefully, the manager will take this on board ,you advertise for rugby on in the bar and offer food and drink deals but when rugby starts the TV was not turned up, eventually when it was turned up they still insisted on having the radio going in the back ground , about 50 people in the bar to watch the match and nobody could hear it, bar staff said manager wont let us turn off the radio. Luckily, it was a one-sided game, and we did not miss much. Would love to hear your view on this. …

The first impressions were not good. Wasn't what I expected. But give it a go. The reception girl was good new at her job she said so all good. Dinner first night slow cooked ribs no fast cooked dry. Chios so over cooked and dry. So pud that was a none starter sent back. So second night.i ordered a buttered chicken burger. Where do I start if I wanted cornflakes I would have had it for breakfast. The coatings of flakes burnt and the chips 12 times cooked destroyed. I don't think I need to say anymore

Had the most amazing stay in the shoreline Hotel, from the beginning of the our friends wedding to the end was fabulous. I was worried just in case they didn't cater for vegans but to my surprise they did. My food was stunning. We had a young girl who was looking after our table she was so attentive really looked after our every need and she was just lovely all round. Her name is Clara she's a beautiful girl. So thank you to all the staff who looked after us on table 9 on the 1st of September 2023.

Absolutely stunning location for this hotel.Our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, the view from it was fabulous. The menu was varied and good value for money.The service and staff were excellent and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

The service from the staff at the Shoreline Hotel during our stay was amazing. Friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and our view of the Irish Sea was stunning. The restaurant/ bar area had a relaxing vibe with positive energy.

Stopped for a drink. Beautiful location overlooking dublin bay. Staff were nice BUT €3.70 for 125ml of tonic water and I had to ask for a second as one in the G+T was not enough. So we paid 21€ for two g+t and a bag of crisps and had to pay a further €7.40 for a further two bottles of tonic as they were so tiny. Totally out of order to charge that much for a teeny bottle. Shame.

This Hotel I've been visiting over 25 years! We've had family weddings in it, 21st parties, gatherings, afternoon tea EVERYTHING!! It's a crying shame they let 1 man who is just bar manager with a HUGE ego run the shop! I've never came across a more ruder man in the hospitality business in my life! I won't go into ALL the things he's done or said I've sent an email. But before you book here consider this... The bar and residents bar closes at 10.30pm! You will not even get a drink charged to your room after 10.30pm! There are no other pubs/ bars in walking distance to this hotel! Beautiful hotel!! Great views!! Lovely staff (most of them) They have started to bring in entertainment to get the people in, but....they are not welcoming at all!! They posted videos and photos to their social media about the abba night they had and made it look like it was a fantastic night, which it may have been for some, but they over sold tickets for this night, I had tickets, I rang a day or 2 before to get 1 more, her words where "sorry we have oversold"!! I was running late, my friend told me it was a disaster because there was no tables for them, and they where sat in a corner, we paid the same money as everyone else but there was not enough seats for everyone. So I went elsewhere, I was already having problems with this Danny fella, I knew it was a bad idea me turning up, so I lost out.…
