Its so lovely to arrive at your hotel after a long drive and be greeted warmly but naturally by the owners. We spent one night in the Clonakilty hotel in October and really felt looked after and comfortable for our stay. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the service is efficient but personable. The overall feeling is a cosy homely...

I stayed here on the October bank holiday weekend as part of a Hen Party. From the minute we arrived until we left we were treated incredibly well by all the very friendly staff. Considering how many were in our group check-in was very quick. The rooms were clean, well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The bar staff were...

Thank you to the staff and management of the hotel. We had a great time and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took photos and everything for us. They were most helpful about organising for me to be allowed in at a different time to the rest of the party as I went visiting a friend. It was...

Stayed as a group for a hen party. Hotel is in a great location, very central. Upon check in - the male staff at reception couldn't have been more unfriendly ! He looked down his nose at us as we were in great form celebrating a hen party ! Then we went to the bar for a drink where we...

We booked as a hen party group for my friend for the October weekend. I must say Patricia and her crew could not have done enough for us. She and her staff were friendly and even decorated the dining table for us while we were having our meal the waitress could not have been more helpful. I cannot express how...

Had a wonderful weekend stay at The Clonakilty hotel. Patricia and her husband were so helpful and accommodating from the phone call to book to our departure. The food in the hotel and the in house Pepper Pot restaurant was superb, freshly cooked. The selection of fresh fish was amazing. The only regret I personally had was that we did...

Stayed here on a Saturday night in November. The hotel has a nice reception lounge area. The room was clean, the bathroom too (just a little outdated). The breakfast I have to say was really nice. It was freshly made (as opposed to buffet) & tasty. The only thing that was a little annoying was the noise levels during night...

We had dinner here a few times over the past year with my husband and friends and it is excellent. As well as the ambience, the quality is so consistent and of such a high standard for the price. I usually have hake in a prawn sauce and my husband loves the lamb shank which is mouth watering. I couldn't...

This is a very nice hotel in a great location in the center of Clonakilty, and we had a very warm and friendly welcome at Reception. The room and bathroom were very spacious, although the bed was very small for two adults! Free parking is available on the street, and we found a spot no problem. There is a restaurant...
