Just like the old Ronseal ads, Danabel does exactly what it says on the tin.. Solid enough Bed and Breakfast. Rooms are clean, beds and sheets are of good quality. Breakfast is standard fare, but does the job. (Early breakfast times a bit of a hindrance, but understandable). Excellent location for short stroll to town, although in the middle of...

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The room was clean and comforatble with free wifi and at walking distance from the town center. Breakfast for champions in a cozy family room. The host is very kind.

Danabel Bed & Breakfast is a lovely place to stay: Quiet, cozy rooms; excellent location; very kind owner; and yummy breakfasts. I've stayed there twice in two years and will happily stay there again.

Stayed here for one night. Nice clean room and great location, short walk to town. Owner very helpful. Very quiet road and onsite parking. Good breakfast, like staying over in someone's house. Great for an overnighter Kinsale is beautiful, would definitely visit again!

My partner and I did not enjoy this stay at all. Our first encounter of the owner was not introductions but a telling off for not turning up when we were supposed to!! We found this lady to be very abrupt & unwelcoming. The double room was very small & the bathroom even smaller. In the morning, although it was...

Danabel is clean and quiet with a fantastic breakfast. Phil is a wonderful hostess! I enjoyed the uphill trek from town, but do be advised it's steep. I tried another B&B on my last visit (as Danabel was booked) and it wasn't as good. I've sent other friends to Danabel, too, and they had a good time.

We were welcomed by granddaughter since Phil was off on an errand; met Phil next morning and she was good to us. Room a bit small but up to date and comfortable. Walk downhill to town was easy. After dinner we took a cab back up the hill - problem solved! This is a good property, tidy and clean and...

The B&B was located a short walk from the center of Kinsale, a lovely place to stop on an Ireland holiday. We were a group of 6 and our rooms were comfortable. Phil our host warmed up to us and prepare a fresh hot Full Irish breakfast for us each morning. Our only disappointment was that there wasn't a common...

This B&B was very nice, clean and had beautiful flower boxes decorating the house. It is a short walk down the end of the street into town, but it is a steep walk back up! The hostess was friendly, the breakfast was good. My only problems were that it was a little hard to find, especially with all the crowded...
