Great location with local restaurants nearby. Nice and clean rooms. Lovely and warm on arrival. Plenty of extra bedding. Hot showers. Only downside the other guests were loud in the evening and morning. This impacted our sleep. Restaurant downstairs great for breakfast.
I stayed here for the Gourmet Food Festival. Great hosts so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 6 twin room. Like many reviews the room was very small, however it was very clean and comfortable we pushed the beds together to make a bit more room. The sink is in the bedroom…

Good location and priced right for a short term stay. There is no lift so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage. There is also no facility for a meal but the Lemon Leaf Cafe is next door and it offers absolutely to-die-for cuisine. Rooms are a bit antiquated with well…
We stayed here and were expecting a typical Irish b&b but were very disappointed the twin room was tiny and the ensuite the smallest I’ve ever been in It very basic more a hostel than b& b and at €95 expensive
"Find another hotel/guest house and be careful!"
"Room 1 is VERY small. Room 5 looked bigger."
"If you're a light sleeper - request a room at the rear to avoid late main street noise. They're more popular - so book early!"
"Only saw the one room so can't comment"
"Our room faced the main street a bit noisy during the night and with early morning deliveries"
