The hotel was falling apart, the owner was extremely rude and they had an open viewing whilst we was staying there with no courtesy to tell us this would be happening. This particular morning, we was lying in bed when an estate agent and 2 potential buyers walked into our room to view it without even knocking. The manager suggested... More

The hotel advertises that it has 11 rooms, and while it is small, it all looked very pleasant when got there. The reception area is very small, but there is a large bar area. We booked through agoda.com which apparently is why everything went wrong for us… We arrived quite late on our check in day (about 9:30pm) but assumed... More

This hotel did not match up to the pictures. I was staying on my own and found the hotel quite eerie and very quiet. There was no place to have a refreshment or get food, which I was not expecting. Stayed here for 3 nights. It's in a lovely part of Rathgar and only a 15 minute bus trip into city centre. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in South Dublin area. Clean rooms and friendly service. Free parking and free wifi.

Gorgeous hotel, Staff very nice, had relaxing evening sipping wine with friends in beautiful surroundings. Continental breakfast only but everything baked fresh that morning. A stroll to Rathgar village. Room needed a paint and basin sink needed fixing but that didn't take away from the stay. Will be back. Well worth it.
