Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

On our arrival we were greeted with a lovely receptionist who explain the hotel to us. We stayed in room 217. The room looked like it was brand new. I loved the design of the room. Everything was spotless. The food in the bar was excellent. The music and service in the bar was brilliant. The staff were all amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Our drink orders were wrong and when we pointed it out we were told “and you can’t just drink these ones?” And got asked 2 more times when we tried to point out the drinks we wanted. Dinners then came out for the table except for mine and I was left waiting for over 10 minutes for my dinner to come out, and the wrong thing came. I didn’t say anything and just ate what was put in front of me. Apart from this the stay was amazing, new bedroom refurb is beautiful, food was delicious, swimming pool is warm. Reception is very cosy. Overall very happy and will definitely be back. We did find a used q-tip on the bedroom floor but other than that the room was very clean.

Great hotel for a business traveller, close to ring road in and out of town. Hotel facilities are excellent (really good gym though they could do with a water cooler) and food was good. The newly decorated rooms are really well presented

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, warm, and an enjoyable atmosphere. The full Irish breakfast that was included in the price of our stay was very good. There was plenty of room and the staff was very attentive to ensure fresh food was available. The check in and check out process was very convenient,
