My Mum & Dad checked in yesterday for 2 nights and were greeted by the lovely Caoimhe at reception When they got to their room they were beautifully surprised with chocolate and strawberries on the table welcoming them to the hotel. Thank you so much for looking after them so well. 😀👍

I stamed here with a friend only because everywhere else in Bray was fully booked. I knew it had a bad reputation but beggars can't be choosers. The interior of the room was like my Nanas, there is none WiFi, the floor was totally uneven and creaking, the carpet was manky and the tap in the bathroom was on (not...

I chose a family room. I don't live far from bray and that is why I chose this hotel originally, simply to stay close to home (Dublin City Centre). I was very pleasantly surprised, it was absolutely lovely! Its decor on arriving is dated but so lovely, We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree and a open fire. Bar...

We stayed 1 night for a comedy show. Staff were nice especially in the bar. Food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Room was nice but a few bits broken like radiator, safety grab rail in the shower. Nothing too much but definitely should be fixed but It didn't stop us enjoying our stay. We would...

I arrived on Thursday eve last having been given some poor reviews by two friends who have stayed previously. The good news was that the hotel is in the process of a renovation, the bar, restaurant and rooms. The bar looked great, the room we had was nice, nice decor, TV small but fine, tea and coffee and also the...

Firstly I booked this breakaway through Escapes.ie, which I wont be using again as there is no communication between the hotels and Escapes.ie as far as I can see. Our package included Early Check in, we arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and our room was not ready. Not wanting to cause a fuss we said we would go for...

Our room was very clean. Huge plus! However, we had no view. Our window looked out into a courtyard filled with electrical wires. The hotel is very noisy. Although this hotel has been renovated, the walls must be very thin because you can hear everything out in the hallways, and the guests (at least when we were there) are very...
