It's in a great location for Ardara and touring Donegal. It's comfortable, spotless, and quiet - both Laurence and Fiona are great hosts with a real eye for detail and an ability to make guests feel very much at home. The views are stunning and the breakfasts are delicious. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer

We spent 3 extremely enjoyable days at this B&B - my wife thought that it was the friendliest B&B we have ever come across. Fiona is the ultimate in hostesses & Laurence one night asked if we would like a hot whiskey toddy; we didn't realise it meant he would drive into Andara to get the ingredients! They have 4...

Gort Na Mona is a cozy warm, home away from home! Both Laurence and Finonia pay full attention to the smallest of details, to ensure their guests are taken care of. The accommodations are clean, ensuite rooms are quite comfortable in size. There is a wonderful observatory available to guests, where one could read, check up on their electronic tablets...

Excellent location with lovely views from the room. The breakfast was generous with fresh fruit salad nicely prepared and very attentive care from Fiona and Lawrence. The room was simple but well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens a good quality. We had lots of hot water and the location was perfect for a wander...

We've been coming to Ireland for 6 years now and as far as I'm concerned this is the best B&B we have stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic and the family that owns and runs the B&B is so friendly and helpful. Fiona, Laurence and their children are a picture post card of a loving Irish family....

Great breakfast, wonderful hospitality, spacious and comfortable room - add in the fantastic views and great location and you've got a top rate guest house. All very reasonably priced. This is definitely one we will be returning to.

We stayed 3 nights. This B&B is conveniently located near Ardara a center of Irish culture with great restaurants and Irish music bars. It is also ideally situated for visits to the nearby magnificent Donegal coastline. The family that run this B&B are a delight. Nothing is too much of a bother giving helpful hints for local visits. The rooms...

After a day of driving the Wild Atlantic Way and visiting the cliffs at Slieve League and the folk village at Glencolubmkille, we were delighted when we arrived at Gort Na Mona just outside of Ardara. Our room was in a separate building from the main house which was just fine. The owners were very hospitable and the breakfast excellent....

Anyone considering who wants to experience Ireland's wild Atlantic way," must check out this top-notch B&B. Beautiful place, great breakfast, very reasonable. It's ran by a charming and knowledgable couple and their young family. The location allows breakfast eaters to enjoy the peaceful, hilly, green scenery where sheep are grazing. A favorite part of my stay was relaxing in the...
