Came for Valentine's Day. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. I would definitely recommend the Duck starter! Everything about our meal was just brilliant. The portions were perfectly sized and tasted gorgeous. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I would recommend this wonderful restaurant to friends!

Some specials also on the night which I went for. Water bath mackerel starter was definitely the nicest mackerel dish I've ever had. Mid course salad was perfect...

As a family of four on a trip to Cavan we had dinner at this restaurant on New Years night. On entering the restaurant there is a nice atmosphere and it felt very cosy. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great choice of food on the menu. We all ordered different dishes. Without exception the food...

My husband and I visited The Olde Post Inn this weekend having been given a present of Gearoid Lynch's recipe book "My Gluten-free Kitchen". My husband is a recently diagnosed Coeliac and is very sensitive to gluten. Dining out has become fraught with hazards as a result. We booked for the gluten free cookery class and dinner bed and breakfast....

6 of us visited for the early bird dinner on Sunday evening while staying in Farnham Estate for a short break. The restaurant had been recommended by a work colleague of one of our party. And it did not disappoint. For a start we got lost on our way there and ended up running about half hour late. When I...

We went here for our anniversary. The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and attentive marking sure we had everything we wanted. The food was delicious as well. I had some amazing monkfish and the chocolate fondant was the best I've ever had. We left very full and satisfied. Bit pricey but worth it
