Nice hotel quite clean.Easy to locate in the centre of Tramore overlooking the ocean. Very helpful and efficient staff particularly the restaurant staff. Good food. However a little inflexible on pricing and room bookings particularly for large groups!

Dear 16breda115 Thank you for your review of the Majestic Hotel. Sorry to read that you found us to be a little inflexible regarding our group pricing. With large groups of 20 or more, we certainly can & do offer very competitive group rates, at a considerable discount to regular rates. Best Regards Mark Whelan

Visited hotel on two separate nights recently . Found the staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and quiet. Upgraded the first night to room with fantastic sea view. My only complaint was, the breakfast menu was a little lacking on my second visit. No croissants or fresh fruit available.

I believe this hotel is family run and it shows. Clean, bright and nicely decorated. Just a 7 minute walk to the promenade on nice level paths, suitable for buggies, wheelchairs etc. The bar is big and comfy with lots of soft furnishings. Bedrooms very nice also. There is music there regularly. No noise and relaxing place to stay.

Stayed at the Majestic Hotel in Tramore for one night last week. This is a beautiful 4* Hotel facing the sea and the lovely 5km beach. The room was excellent overlooking The sea front and the carpark opposite, which was very convenient to keep an eye on our car. The dinner in the Garden Restaurant was well presented and most...

Stayed there last month for a night, during our tour to Ireland. Its a nice hotel with breath taking views.Room was comfortable, though a bit small. But quite neat and clean. Restaurant food was quite tasty-the service a bit slower.May be because we were a group of 46 at a time together.

I wish I stayed more than one night. Excellent room, very elegant hotel, very nice meal. Highly recommend to anybody -- honeymooners, families, solo travelers, couples. Very nice lake across the street, beautiful swans swam right to me from across the lake. Hotel has a nice garden. Very romantic and quiet hotel.

First time to stay here and it was lovely,a nice homely feel. Staff at reception was very nice. We had a lovely room at the front .only disadvantage being it was above the bar and outdoor tables and was noisy so could only sleep after 2am. The decor was lovely and the wall to wall window was great. We had...

Had a lovely stay here in a beautiful room which had obviously been upgraded as the bathroom was spotless, which is something I think is very important in hotel accommodation. Very thoughtful staff both on reception and in the dining room. Will definitely return.
