This hotel has improved since my last visit. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They were able to cater for a wedding plus a large group of golfers down for a weekend. The breakfast area still needs improving but is getting there. Rooms are very nice especially 246 which was on a corner so had 2 views.

The hotel was very nice as was the room. Staff was great. Nice pub and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping at Blarney Woolen Mills. Only problem was the shower. Just a trickle and scalding hot and adjustment would not work.

I always try to stay at local hotels rather than the US chains, and this didn't disappoint. Great Irish breakfast, good room service, quiet yet hospitable. One challenge is that there was no one at the desk to check me out and give me a printed receipt, just someone at the end of a phone who said in hard to...

Stayed 1 night and booked 5 rooms for a large family group. We were going to the Bunratty Banquet (which was fantastic and I would highly recommend). The hotel was average. The bar was closed for refurbishment so the temporary bar was very cold and impersonal. Rooms were clean and the bed was one of the best I have every...

Despite the tourist buses, this hotel was clean, well-furnished and was an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly. We recommend this hotel for those visiting the castle. (The castle was a great experience).

The constant buzz of the fusebox in room 240 made staying in the hotel a pain. Otherwise the hotel is lovely, with friendly staff, nice areas to relax in, very good breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable

Nice rooms, shower over bath - yuk! Very spacious rooms until you see the horrible shower over bath, could be so much better. The worst internet I've experienced any where in Ireland so far. OK it's free but, useless.

Myself and my wife stayed here for a weekend , upon arrival the hotel receptionist was warm friendly and most helpful . The hotel bar is quite small and cosy and the young barman that was on duty was very professional and was always on hand to drop a drink over to our table . I cannot recommend the hotel...

Hotel is beautiful and located perfectly to Bunratty Castle. Very nice decor and friendly staff. Not your quintessential Irish B&B but a very luxurious accommodation. Dirty Nellie's pub within walking distance, easy access from highway. Lobby area is fantastic.

The worst review I have ever submitted , acres of rooms, no bloody wifi, even in reception. Boring rooms, luckily for this establishment the staff are wonderful! Booked as part of our CIE tour and no reflection on them.
