Visited here again this year. Cant say enough nice things about the place. From the fab bedroom and nice view of the garden to the beautiful restaurant and wonderful Bart who looked after us so well. Well worth a visit if you like that little extra.

We have been to this restaurant on a few occasions and have always had a decent dinner however last nights dinner was awful. We both had steaks and they were so tough and tasteless tasted like they were overcooked in a microwave. The mash potatoes were underwhelming absolutely no seasoning we had a starter of wings which were ok Very disappointed on a positive the waiters were extremely efficient and polite. They really need to sort out their food unfortunately I won’t be coming back

Spent two delightful days in Kilcooly's Hotel. Had such a lovely welcome from the owners and staff. Delicious menu of local fish and produce with excellent gluten-free and vegetarian options too. The hotel is charming and set in its own gardens with a lovely outdoor pergola, and is within a 5 minute walk to the stunning beach and cliff-walk. We had a lovely airy bedroom with every comfort and spotlessly clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kilcooly's and we look forward to returning soon.

Went to Ballybunion for a 3 day break and found Kicoolys country house hotel accommodation. The hotel is situated in the centre of the village and is very near the beach. There is two beatiful beaches near by. The hotel is comfortable and the food is excellent and we ate there the 3 nights. The management and staff are friendly and they are local and are very helpfull. The management have adapted to the covid rules well and you do not feel under pressure.Nice garden area to eat and drink.
