Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Its cozy and nice hotel to stay for vacation. The room is big, the bed is good, the bath room good with hot water available. The peoples is nice and polite. The surrounding is full of foods and near big mall and supermarket. So its nice to stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast, spacious rooms and bathroom with friendly staff. All went smooth and well. The guest rooms have no outdoor balcony. The roof top has a relaxation patio and the small outdoor pool with nice deck, good Sun loungers and nice trees. The hotel had seemingly some minor renovations recently. AC and water pressure with hot water is good. The bed is big and shaking. Lighting and control is simple and not much power outlets to charge one’s gear. Problems: - windows not well closing shut and as such able you hear the street noise and loud vehicles - ac condenser at outside was very loud and rattling

The hotel is in a good location where it is in between Central Marina and Terminal 21. Although the hot water something that the hotel should provide (at most I have only warm water) and the breakfast is fairly the same everyday, but it makes up for it with the location.

Brilliant place to stay while in Pattaya. Me , my wife and daughter found this hotel perfect , not to far out of town and not in it either . The rooms are spot less , cleaned every day to a high standard . I booked this on booking . Com and found it very reasonable priced. Clean pool on roof top and 1 minute walk away there other hotel which you can use there pool to which is bigger . Two little negatives beds are on the hard side and no WiFi on pool area . (Wife & child need internet for social media ) We did not have breakfast included because for £20 a day for 3 of us. Eat out for breakfast. Will come back

Positive The hotel location is excellent as it is right across a mall and is on the route of the Baht bus The rooms are very spacious and have an extremely appealing interiors and look brand new. The bathroom was clean and was huge with different spaces for tub and shower Big window for natural sun light 3 bottles of water and coffee replaced daily Negatives Located near a couple of adult centre making them unpleasant for families The mattress is very firm and uncomfortable The pool is a very small one and u cant swim in it ( just good for relaxing ) Breakfast buffet was the same everyday making it very monotonous

My partner and I stayed at the Sabai Empress for 5 nights in February. It had been recommended to us by my partners dad who lives some of the time in Pattaya. Here are our pro's and cons of this hotel... Pros: - Great location - 2 bottles of free water every day - Clean towels every day - Lovely swimming pool area on the roof of the hotel - Friendly and helpful staff - Good shower - Fantastic air con - Despite being on a busy strip we couldn't hear the noise outside later at night Cons: - We found the bed uncomfortable. It was very hard which made it difficult to sleep - The food we had around the pool wasn't great Overall I'd recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Pattaya. A lot of the hotels aren't maintained well so it's hard to find one that's a good standard.

The Sabai Empress Pattaya Hotel is situated in the 2nd Pattaya Road in a perfect location as it is close to the Central Festival Pattaya Big C (shopping, Food Park, coffee, events, etc.), only a few minutes walk from Pattaya Beach Road and Beach, a stone’s throw from massage parlours, restaurants, shops, entertainment (e.g. Alcazar Cabaret), etc. and about 1,5 Km from the colourful and vibrant Walking Street of Pattaya. The pool on the rooftop has amazing view on the sea and the city of Pattaya. The rooms are very spacious (e.g. with wooden working office, a table and 2 separate armchairs) with heavy wooden furniture and especially the corner rooms are even bigger with all the comforts and with very good Wi-Fi. The service of the personnel was above the normal standard and the prices were very competitive (high value for money). In summary my experience with the Sabai Empress Pattaya Hotel has been proven very positive. I have enjoyed my accommodation there and I bear in mind (I have the intention) to return, if the opportunity arises.

I had stayed at the this hotel one time before a few months ago, the staff were very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit. This friendly Thai welcome was reflected during my stay from the quick check in to check out process and daily conversations and advice I received from the staff. The hotel is in a good location not too far from the beach to pick up a Baht bus to go towards Walking Street and excellent with the Baht bus route coming back able to stop directly in front of the hotel. Across the road is the Central Marina mall with a good variety of restaurants and Soho is not a 2 minute walk as well with food galore. Fruit stalls are also in abundance around the hotel. In short you will never be hungry in this neighbourhood. The rooms were clean, a nice size, provided a good nights sleeps and I believe offered good value for money. All in all I would certainly return to this hotel when I return to Pattaya.
