My daughter(11) and I visited Athens for the very first time, we stayed at veggie Garden and were treated like family, amazing environment, we got a rose and many many hugs from the friendly owners. The breakfast we had was outstanding, fresh homemade food, I will absolutely recommend this place, within minutes from Acropolis, beaches, coffee shops, food places. We...

We chose Veggie Garden for the quiet location, easy access to the metro, and reasonable price. Our stay was excellent. When we made our reservations it was very easy to understand that the basic nightly price did not include optional breakfast or evening meal. We were also given detailed instructions by email as to the transportation options from the airport....

Some background. We travel often and prefer to stay in B&B's when travelling in Europe. We research carefully and always adjust our expectations based where we are going, reviews, cost, etc. We have no issue with the other reviews for this place and believe that each had the experience they wrote about. Our experience apparently was quite different. This was...

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Veggie Garden. We had very accurate and helpful e-mail instructions from Stelios before travelling and he kindly offerred to pick us up from the nearest bus stop when we arrived late in the evening. The B&B is in a quiet residential area, minutes away from the metro line into...

We stayed for a week in April at the Veggie Garden. It was one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. From the very moment we arrived there - Stilios picked us up at the bus station very late in the evening, and Maika had a lovely meal ready for us - we felt absolutely at home and...

My husband, 8-month old son, and I rented the "double/triple room" at the Veggie Garden B&B for 3 nights in April 2016. Location: Stelios and Maika gave us a warm welcome and nicely explained the basics to get around the city. The Metro station is located a few blocks away from the B&B and was easy to access by foot,...

We’ve stayed at the Veggie Garden B&B for 2 weeks in July 2015 and this IS the place to stay in Athens if you want a truly Greek experience. We are a couple in our 30s and came with a nearly 1 year old baby. The owners went out of their way to make everything as easy and pleasant for...

I stayed 6 nights at the Veggie Garden for a combination of work and taking time off .. it was real great & relaxing - you never know but should the opportunity come around another time, I'd certainly stay with Stellios and Maika again, and here's why: a wonderful combination of being independent as well as part of a local...

Stelois and his wife have truly made this Bed & Breakfast a comfortable home away from home. As a host, he took time to answer our questions, made sure we could around the area and even took the time to meet us upon arrival plus helped get us to the airport when we departed. After looking at many hotels right...

We are just back from a four night stay here and found it a most pleasurable experience. We had opted for a private transfer from the airport to B&B which suited us as first timers in Athens. Stelios suggested we should head on in to see the Acropolis the afternoon we arrived which was sound advice in view of the...
