We only live 20mins down the road but we thought a little camping trip would be fun and my partner loves to fish. We arrived at a very run down establishment with so much potential. We were told to just pick a pitch and the money would be delt with later. Apart from fishing (thats if you get there in time) there is literally nothing to do, the shower facilities were disgusting they were revolving but the toilets were clean so I can't understand the big difference in cleanliness. The owners are rude, we came back from being out for the day and without even a 'hello or How's things going ' the woman said to us 'have we squared up our money with Colin' and of course we had. Then without asking or discussing anything she accused our dog of biting someone on the pond!! I was out raged! She had all these wrong facts even my little boy was getting involved he was very upset about it, then once we told her she had the bread wrong and things like that she just drove of in her little golf wagon thing!! I couldn't believe it! They need to sell up to someone who could actually run an establishment, shocking!!!I Was so happy to go home, Will not be returning …

It took me a week to finally get confirmation from Colin and Sharon that our pitch was booked! (Numerous calls and emails later). After an 8 hour drive, I arrived at a locked reception door with not a member of staff in sight. When I finally got hold of Sharon, I was told to just pick a pitch and would sort money in the morning. Including my £35 pitch deposit. I also booked a Pod for 1 evening for my local friends for £75 a night paid in advance. When they rolled up the next morning it was for money matters, no apology, just the moola. On their Website prices begin at £23pn, but upon arrival it was £35pn. They told my friend where her pod was and off they went. The Pod consisted of a mattress on the floor a scabby black couch, small wicker table and a lamp! My campsite was more rigged than this dump!! Not even a kettle for a cuppa! To add insult to injury we were charged an additional £12 for the kids to fishing!!!! I have never been so embarrassed and appalled at this blatant theft of our hard earned cash! So, away from the management. It is in a great location but it has not been maintained very well. It's a very muddy pitch and having my pooch with me ,things got messy. At the back, it looks as though this is where all the bed frames went to die. Caravans and furniture too, so basically a scrap yard right next to camp lol So no, I would not recommend this place if you wish to remain 'Happy Campers'!…

Do not book early with this company as they reduce their prices and unlike haven holidays you will not get the difference back, they are not customer centric with terrible customer service, a customer services advisor said well you wouldn’t want me to call you if it went up in price

First of all people who run the place are very miserable people. Second struggle to get hold of reception , should have taken it as a sign. And price for pod is ridiculous for a bed on floor with nothing else inside. You will have more fun glamping in a car park than there.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDS! Just booked a holiday for West Sands in Chichester, as you can see it states that it's pet friendly caravan. Booked it & now they've said we can not take our pet as there is no pet friendly caravans available as they have to leave 2/3 of those caravans for no pets due to people with allergies. I said it was false advertisement and I got told that I have no common sense 🤣 absolute joke of a company and even bigger tools in customer service!!!

I don’t really know where to begin. We are currently still at the so called holiday park but have decided to leave 2 days early and find a B&B locally. How Hoeseasons puts its name to this dive is beyond me. It’s the most disgusting place we have ever stayed. I decided to take my 78 year old mum away after what is to all of us a terrible 12 months and thought a holiday park would be great. This place is made up of cabins and caravans. The cabin we are in (8) is falling apart. We cannot checkin until 4pm due to extra cleaning for COVID, what a load of rubbish, it’s filthy! We have even watched them so call clean a cabin next to us in 35 minutes ready for a new family to arrive. No extra cleaning at all. In our cabin, the kitchen is falling apart, no door knob on one door, all the plates, cutlery etc was still dirty it all had to be washed. The floor in the bathroom is literally falling through, no toilet brush, no plug, dirty dusty furniture, the Teflon on the frying pan was peeling off. There was BLOOD on the sheets in my mums room. We told the owners who did rectify some of this however the damage was done. They said you don’t know unless you are told well surely they should check their own standards. They have just had 15 months where they could have spent time improving all of this but decided not too. I could write on but just hope people take notice that this place is not fit to be open.…

It’s our last day tomorrow, thank goodness. If it wasn’t for the kids would of gone home . Arrived Monday afternoon. Nothing for children to do . Advertised go carts when I ask he said there isn’t any . It’s basically caravans , dirty log cabins and a fishing pond . Ok for men wanting a fishing holiday . No one at reception just a number on the window . Iv rang a few times no answer so I left a message for them to ring back they didn’t . Do not book here it’s run down and dirty .

Stayed in a log cabin at Beechwood in July 2021 had great weekend. 3 men staying in a lodge, fishing for 3 days. Been fishing here for many years and camped here a few time a few years ago. The lodge was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Thank you for a great weekend. We’ll be back fishing and probably staying over again next year. Cheers 🍻

Hoseasons say they make special cleaning considerations to ensure your safety and therefore don't let you access your lodge until 5pm and you have to leave by 9am. My lodge had not been cleaned, a dirty used bright pink balloon was on the lounge floor and a large birthday banner stuck to the door. They have offered to clean the lodge again but what's the point... We have moved in. Riverndale can't do anymore 'at their level' Hoseasons don't answer their phones only interested in taking new bookings and not helping those on holiday. The door handles are also broken and one has been removed whilst staying here. We have been told not to close anymore doors as it would be unsafe to do so 🤦 Terrible service from Hoseasons.
