At Guesthouse Krivograd, within our "A la Carte" restaurant, you can discover authentic Carinthian dishes or sample international and mediterranean fish cuisine. In the local surroundings you can find ski slope Peca. There is also the old mine Mežica which offers cycling, kayaking or walking tours, and for the mountain bike enthusiasts a single trail park Jamnica. The guesthouse offers 20 rooms, each with a bathroom, and a total capacity for 60 guests.

Having driven through Europe, from England our final destination was Slovenia. We stayed in this lovely family run hotel to experience what the rural mountainous Slovenian life was like. We wanted to star gaze, switch off from technology, screen time and busy lifestyles and simply enjoy being in nature. I can tell you it did not disappoint. The family that run this hotel treated us like one of their own. We stayed in the newly developed building of the hotel and our room was beautiful. We had a wet room with walk in shower, balcony and lovely modern clean bedroom which was comfortable for our stay. The food and breakfast at the hotel was really enjoyable and we thoroughly enjoyed sampling the local produce (including yummy pumpkin oil on bean salads). During our stay nothing was too much to ask of the lovely staff that run this establishment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a true Slovenian experience. We have fallen in love with the place and will definitely be back again this year. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality during our stay.

Our family spent 3 nights using tourist vouchers for bed&breakfast. We were very satisfied with accommodation and the food served. Hotel is great starting point for hiking ( Peca, Uršlja gora), biking (MTB trails) and reaching Austria (bathing lakes).

Stayed there as a couple with my girlfriend in June for the weekend. Rooms were neat, equiped with necessities, tidy and owners were very friendly. Location was ok for hiking to nearby hills of Peca and exploring underground world in Mežica mine.

Excellent hospitality and great food at this ambitious roadside Inn. I'm cycling solo round Slovenia and so far this place has been the best ... a friendly welcome, an excellent simple but stylish room and then a superb dinner...all at an extremely reasonable half board rate. I emailed them direct to book and they were super efficient.

I had the pleasure of staying in this place only for one night. The facility itself is quite nice, the room was clean, large enough, and the bathroom was comfortable. The mattress in the bed was great - for me, the breakfast was tasty. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the traffic you can hear. I stayed there for 4 nights with friends. The staff is really friendy. We had delicious breakfast included. They are flexible with check-in and check-out hours. They allowed us to have our own barbecue. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They have AC.

We planned our excursions with Gostisce Krivograd as our home base. Hotel is great place to stay and start hikes from. MTB trails & bike parks nearby (Jamnica, Petzen), garage for storing & washing bikes is also available. The rooms are comfortable & renovated. Staff is friendly & helpful if you need advise. Another plus are flexible check-in & check-out times.

Personnel was welcoming & pro-active, nothing seemed too much trouble. Room was comfortable & well equipped, the bathroom was clean & nice too. There was a wide selection for breakfast, and the espresso deserves a mention, was really good. It was good value for money.

I have stayed here several times in the last 5 years. This week, at my last stopover, I was pleasantly surprised how nicely the rooms are renovated! Comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom, good lighting. Krivograd family is great host, they always provide a homely atmosphere. Their restaurant is also popular, menu is quite large and every dish superb in taste and quality.
