Not too far off the beaten track, we stopped overnight on our way back from the Alps. Two adults, three children accommodated in one very big room. Well decorated, nice bathroom with whirlpool bath, quiet location and helpful host. Breakfast was excellent with homemade jams aplenty and lots of fresh bread, coffee and chocolate for the girls.

We used Ferme Saint Antoine as a stop over on our back up from Lac D'Annecy. It is situated some way off the Toll Road and initially left us felling perhaps it was a little remote? Having wound our way down a few lovely French lanes we found the house on the edge of the small hamlet. We'd decided not... More

We had a two-night stay in this delightful B & B. Warmly welcomed by young, friendly Mickael and, as we arrived at dinner-time, we simply joined the other guests for dinner - all together at one table, which was delighful.. Mickael is "front of house" and his mother-in-law, C olette, does the cooking... and makes delicious jam! At breakfast next... More

Very pleasant stopover. Good standard Chambres D 'Hote with comfortable room, relaxing lounge area with extensive library of books and opportunity to purchase drinks which you can take out to a pleasant seating area in the garden. Play area for kids in garden. Plentiful, if basic, breakfast - you will not go hungry. Wifi in downstairs rooms. I marked cleanliness... More

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Ferme St. Antoine. We arrived mid-afternoon with our 8mth old baby and the hosts (Valentine & Ingrid) couldn't have been nicer - trying out their English, smiling nicely at our attempts at French. The room was very clean and very spacious - more a junior suite than just a bedroom. Our room had... More

Unlike the last review, we were very impressed with the hospitality here. We also arrived after a very long journey. Tea was available and as we were very tired a lighter supper was requested, and we enjoyed bread three types of cheese, pate, and an excellent Chateau bottle of wine.It was a lovely evening and we spent it outside with our hosts... After a long drive from the UK we arrived at about 16.00 hours, only to be told to go away and come back after 17.00 hours when the room would be available. When we eventually were able to get in we found that there was a lovely garden, with a table & chairs where we could have relaxed without disturbing... More
