This lovely, welcoming B & B is very handy for the NEC - jut 5 minutes easy drive. Our room was large (with 2 double beds) and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It was spotlessly clean too and quiet. The breakfast was faultless - very generous choice and the full English was cooked to perfection. We...

We stayed here for one night, whilst visiting the 'NEC', this B and B is everything you could ask for; the rooms are large, nicely decorated , the bed was comfortable! And the breakfast was spot on. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

Have stayed here each year for many years and can't praise this place high enough. Spacious, clean, comfortable every thing you need - and the breakfast is the best ever. FAB-U-LOUS. Have booked again for next year and hopefully many more years to come.

This was such a pleasant stay. Business trip to the NEC and found this place 3 miles away. Arrived and were greeted with a very warm welcome. Found the room exceptionally clean and well decorated. We had two very comfortable beds and the bathroom was accessible to me (I am on crutches). We asked for a recommendation for dinner and...

What a fantastic place. Everything from the accommodation, the host and the breakfast was excellent. Would give it six stars if I could. If your looking for a place to stay close to the NEC this is it.

This is a real quality place to stay. It lacks nothing. The rooms are luxurious and have everything in the tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast is amazing, with a choice for everyone. Ideal location for visiting the N.E.C. Very good value.

A group of six, two groups of three, of us stayed one night in this lodging and we agreed it is wonderful. All of the reviews which drew me here on Trip Advisor were quite accurate. Victoria is very courteous, prompt in communications, and is taking a highly professional approach to her work. Breakfast was very good and the rooms...

This is one of the best guest houses I have used in recent years. The owners' attention to detail and their flair for brining a designer luxury guest house to the market has to be mentioned on Trip Advisor - quite simply superb. The accommodation is spotless - and good parking settled back from the road, good local pubs and...

We stopped by this amazing guest house for a night on our way to York. We're Americans who had just flown in two days earlier with our three young sons and found the family room perfection. We were welcomed by Victoria into her beautiful property and shown to the upstairs family room consisting of two areas-one room with two double...
