Hypnotic views of the sea from the window. Hard to drag yourself away, 7 seals swam past, never seen so many stars in the sky at night. Perfect access to the broads, with lovely pubs, very busy even at this time of year. Would definitely go back.

This is the second time I have stayed at Maydrift Cottage, but this time I took aged friends with me too as well as my dogs. Dog friendly, cosy and practical. Great to have a downstairs loo (especially as the main bathroom is via the main bedroom). No wifi - but that is fine with me when I'm on holiday... More

We had a warm welcome from Michael, with coffee and a very good Victoria Sponge. The room was as described by all other reviewers. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay and breakfasts. Michael was very knowledgable about the local area, and good places to visit. Would recommend the loft B & B

We have just enjoyed our 6th fantastic break at The Beach House and it never disappoints. It was, as always, fantastically clean, well equipped and welcoming with a cream tea provided on arrival by the owners. The location and facilities at The Beach House are perfect, making the holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Fantastic uninterrupted views out to sea and a... More

We enjoyed four nights b & b with Michael and family in their lovely barn conversion. Lovely people, hard to believe they were city folk until a few years ago. Excellent breakfast and room. Situated between villages in a lovely part of Norfolk and just 15 minutes walk to the beach and" The Poachers Pocket'' , a nice pub with... More

We stayed at "The Beachhouse" for a week it was absolutely amazing. Clean and well equiped /presented. Unspoilt views of the ocean with the occasional seal playing in the surf and only a 10- 15 min walk along the front to a shop and pub, what more do you need!!

We stayed at Beach View for 2 weeks in early June. It would be hard to find a nicer holiday house in my opinion!! It has everything you need, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean with scones, jam and cream to welcome you and a pint of milk in the fridge!! Just right to settle down after a long journey. Amazing views,... More
