A very warm welcome awaits you at this delightful B&B. Ann is a lovely hostess who cooks a great breakfast. The yogurt and honey, and the lemon curd is to die for. I could have sat in the window seat for hours watching the birds. As we left, an owl flew past our car. Thank you Ann, we will be returning.

What a lovely find this was, tucked away down a lane just off the A59 at Longton. A beautiful cottage in lovely peaceful surroundings. Our very comfortable room overlooked the car park and stables. It was very well appointed with TV, hospitality tray with fresh milk in a flask; lovely bathroom with a hot powerful shower and quality toiletries; beautiful furnishings and comfy bed ensuring a good nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order using either home produced or locally sourced ingredients. Fresh fruit; yogurts; tea; coffee; toast with home made jams was also available. The owner, Ann, is a lovely lady very helpful and friendly, she made us a cup of tea on arrival which was most welcome. A wonderful stay in a wonderful cottage in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Can't recommend this B&B enough it truly is fabulous. Thank you Ann for a lovely stay we will be back

Our room was quite small but well equipped with tea making facilities and tv. The en suite included a modern efficient shower. The bed was really comfortable, one of the best I have ever slept in. Everywhere in the property was clean and well kept. The property owner, Ann, was friendly and helpful. She provided a wonderful breakfast both mornings we were there.

I really enjoyed my stay, breakfast was lovely and the lady Ann couldn’t accommodate us more. She drove us to the local pub so we could get food and to make sure we knew where to go. Great and helpful experience would definitely go back and to add the cherry on top the location was beautiful place
