We had a lovely stay and coming from Germany, we enjoyed what we see as being the typical British atmosphere, cheerfulness and not to forget the garden and the cosy decoration. We were in the Flower room which was aside of the main building with a kind of semi-private garden.

We stayed here for a Saturday night only. The welcome was warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room fitted our family of four easily. The lounge and bar area were relaxing places to sit in the evening after we returned from dinner. We got a good recommmendation

we are not sure as we were checked in by a lady perhaps in her 30's and the breakfast was served by a lady perhaps in her 50's. We saw no other person except another couple who were guests like us
