My wife and I (60+) spent 2 nights at the farm. We knew we had reached the "right" place when Eluned, our host, gazed out the window and said "my husband is bringing in the cows". Highly recommended if you are looking for the authentic country B&B.

I used the farm to stay for a local party; it was easy to find, easy to park and a fabulous place to stay. Breakfast was brilliant, Eluned couldn’t do enough to help my friend and I. The rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean and warm, and the overall welcome was fantastic. People sometimes stay for the local fishing, but we were there to meet old friends at a nearby Workingman’s Club. Whatever your reason, this is a beautiful stay, in a beautiful part of the world, and is everything that a soulless night in a Travelodge or similar isn’t. I hope to come back…

My Aunt and I stayed here for a night while we were in the area and it was wonderful. Out in the countryside with beautiful views and so peaceful. We were met by our host on arrival and shown to a wonderfully appointed twin room with an amazing en suite bathroom, fully stocked with everything we could need. Breakfast next morning was an absolute treat, with a good choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juice, plus a freshly cooked breakfast. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, a tv and WiFi. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Myself and my husband stayed in this beautiful B&B. Made to feel very welcome by the lovely hosts, Eluned and Hugh. Our room was impeccable as was the ensuite. View from our window was lovely and no light pollution was perfect for a great nights sleep. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh fruit salad with Greek yoghurt and the cooked breakfast are a must. All locally sourced food and the the eggs which are totally free range as we saw the producers happily pecking in the fields. Such a relaxing experience and we can't wait to return.

I absolutely loved staying here - the bedroom with ensuite bath is wonderfully decorated, cozy, very clean with great farm views. I had the room with two twin beds and across the hall upstairs is a room with queen or king bed, also ensuite. Breakfast is ordered the night before - a traditional English breakfast. A great place to walk - you can do the 5 mile round the town walk from the town or shorter walks. Lots of dairy cows and wildlife too. The area is about 8-9 miles from the Carmarthen train station or you can drive picturesque country roads. Eluned Jones is the proprietress with Hugh, her husband on hand as well. A chance to hear Welsh spoken and relax - English spoken as well. An excellent place to stay if you are signed up for the New British Art bronze casting or other workshops through Craft Courses UK. Loved my three nights here.…

We stayed here for three nights with an Australian friend. Well situated to see the gardens and castles of Carmathenshire. Excellent accomodation - large rooms, comfortable beds. Good farm breakfasta, and friendly hosts who also support the Welsh Rugby Team - diolch! Two good pubs for evening meals in local village - Llanddarog. Strongly recommended.

Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The people were friendly and helpful. The farm is only a short distance from the local pub where we partook in a nice evening meal.

This farmhouse was very cosy, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and Elunid fussed over us like a mother hen. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful with directions and recommended places to visit and her husband suggested local places where we could go and have something to eat. Ideal place if you want solitude and quietness, it was a bit difficult to find once we arrived in the village. We had to ask a couple of people for directions and then wound our way down a long windy track. Once we had arrived the place looked deserted and we were both a bit confused, but Hugh the husband came and greeted us. They both took us under their wings straight away! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water etc., etc., The farmhouse is very handy for the Botanical Gardens, and a few minutes drive off the M4.…

A lovely couple with fine hospitality. We were riding to the nearby botanic gardens and found this B&B at the end of a track. Plenty of water pressure, bountiful breakfast and lovely hosts. We were adopted by a rugby team when visiting the local pub for a well priced dinner.
