Not really much of a reception area, it's a self service check in kind of thing which I suppose make things easier but looses the traditional feel of a hotel! Doesn't matter too much! Pretty big hotel with 3 floors and lifts. Our room was at the back of the hotel which had a railway line running along the back....

Stayed here recently as my son had an interview at the University, all very comfortable with a delicious supper and breakfast - unfortunately when we went to leave our car wouldn't start!! We went back into the hotel, the receptionist was so helpful and said she would fetch Colin, he came immediately and we were on our way in no...

I stayed here for 3 nights... It is a typical premier inn and you get exactly what it says on the tin. The only problem I had was when I was checking in... I was told that my room had been cancelled because I hadn't booked in by 4 am. (I've been working nights). So they had classified me as...

We stayed at this hotel on 14 January. From the second we arrived Denise was extremely helpful, from helping us to book in, serving behind the better and amazing customer service. Nothing was too much bother and her sense of humour was fantastic. She made our trip that much better. Premier Inn bosses - you've got a great member of...

Some distance from the town centre but nevertheless a good hotel that offers excellent value for money, comfortable, clean room and an enjoyable breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, giving travel advice to a client who was travelling alone.

I had never stayed at a Premier Inn previously and the man in reception was very helpful in explaining and showing me how I check-in. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The hotel room was very clean including the bathroom. I had an excellent quality of sleep and the check-out time of 12noon is brilliant. It is ideally...

Great staff, Denise on reception was wonderful with helping us. Nice restaurant with an all you can eat hot buffet as well as cold buffet at breakfast which you don't get at every chain now. I agree with another review that the only down side to the hot buffet is the items run out and don't get restocked quickly enough,...
