The day tour fee is expensive compared to other same-type attraction, even the overnight package is shocking expensive.

I only did the day pass so I don't know about the rooms. It was around $35-40 (equivalent in pesos). Access to the grounds and pools was included, as well as lunch. I would guess that if you stay there you wouldn't incur a secondary entrance fee but I could be wrong.
