Its privileged location is particularly favorable for both tourists and business with the ability to reach very quickly Milano, its airports, major exhibition centres of Lombardy and neighboring Switzerland. Also, it's a great place to stop in Italy from Northern Europe. We are in fact close to Lake Como motorway exit A9/E35 and Italian/Swiss border Chiasso (CH) and 500 mt. from the pass of "Parma" Chiasso/Vacallo. It always feels like coming home after a tiring drive from Antwerp (BE) or on the way back from the south of Emilia-Romagna. Guiliana and Mauro can rightly be proud of this beautifully furnished b&b, squeaky clean and comfortable. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and speak good English. We have stayed there 4 times already with our 2 children and have always been able to sleep very peacefully. The breakfast is very tasty and consists mainly of delicious homemade products such as yoghurt and jam. By car it takes 5 minutes to get to Lake Como in Cernobbio and a 20 minutes walk to have a delicious dinner in the restaurant Della Tore - Cernobbio. For us this has become a standard stop on our way to the lower provinces of la bella Italia.

What a wonderful stay! Giuliana was the perfect host in this cozy B&B, charmingly decorated in a lush green setting. The breakfast was excellent. Cernobbio with its lovely setting on the lake shores is close by. See you again next year.

Mauro and Giuliana were outstanding hosts, Mauro’s English is excellent which really helped me a lot and made it a very nice visit. I was traveling by bicycle and they do live on a hill but it made the next morning a fast start downhill! They had a secure garage for the bicycle and the room was very large and nice. It is very clear they take excellent care of the property. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Giuliana made me a sandwich to take for lunch on the road which I really appreciated. Mauro referred me to a nearby restaurant for dinner which was also outstanding. It is family owned and one of the owners was fluent in English and we had a nice chat. Unfortunately I was only there for one night and didn’t have time to relax in there beautiful garden area.
I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

A very nice place to stay and discover the Lago di Como or simply take a break if you travelling further south into Italy. Giuliana and Mauro are great hosts and make you feel at home. They are very helpful finding your way in the surroundings.

These people are the worst ever!. I was late due to those insane taffic jams they have in Milan and called them to say that, but the owner told me that if I am late I should not come because his wife "has 3 children and she cannot open the door". I drove like mad because of that and arrived at 21:30 pm instead of 21:00pm and called again and the wife told me I cannot stay there, that I was a liar and there were no traffic jams and so on... If you decide to open a B&B, you may realize that some people can be late, and if they call you an hour before saying there are problems, you might want to be a bit mre helpful. I do not understand what is the problem with opening the door and letting someone in, even if you have 3 children.

Very accommodating and friendly hosts who went out of their way to help us make the most of our time in Como area. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very generous and very good quality. We had a very nice three nights stay and would certainly recommend the B&B to anyone who wants a quiet clean well run establishment in the Como area.

We where travelling from Brussels to Toscana and had an intermediate stop here for 3 nights. Nice stay, very nice hosts. Great to visit the Como lake and Como village. Had 2 bedrooms , one for us parents and one for the kids with a shared bathroom. Good beds to sleep in. Great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley. Good value for the price paid.
