The apartments are kept really clean and if you need anymore towels or linen you only need to ask. Nothing is too much trouble at Villa Anna, and it has a lovely family feel. Ioanna who runs the apartments, is full of knowledge and always happy to help out with anything you may need. Perfect location on the outskirts of town near bus stop 4.

Our most favourite place in the world. Just fabulous. View to die for. Apartment very comfortable with lovely beds. 5 mins downhill walk to beach and 5 mins to town. What more can I say. Dont want to say too much as everyone will want to go.!!! Xx

Back again to Villa Anna and Skiathos. Another great week on Skiathos with great hospitality from Ioanna at Villa Anna. Villa Anna his perfectly placed to get into town with lovely views over Megali Ammos beach. This year we had a day with lunch at Diamanti Beach which I would definitely recommend. We will be back, hopefully soon. XXX

We have just returned from our second stay at Villa Anna and we will definitely be back! The apartments are truly amazing with fantastic sea views and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, almost next door to bus stop 4 and a lovely 10 minute walk into Skiathos Town. Quite a few steps up to Villa Anna so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Our host Ioanna is a gem of a lady. Nothing is too much trouble and her attention to detail is fantastic. Small touches that Ioanna provides such as home made chocolate cake and fruit on arrival really sets her apart from the rest. Our experience in Skiathos wouldn't be the same for us if we weren't staying at Villa Anna. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Villa Anna for a week in one of the upper apartments, rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, the most amazing views in the day which turn into sparkling lights at night, so beautiful. Ioanna is very friendly and went out of her way to assist with information and made restaurant reservations for us on a few occasions. Villa Anna is perfectly located to Megali Ammos Beach as well as a very short walk to the Port, all in all a very good place to stay when visiting Skiathos

We stayed at Villa Anna for 3 weeks in July 2023 on the recommendation of a friend, on arrival we were greeted by Ioanna (the owner) who introduced herself and gave us a tour of the apartment and surroundings, the gardens and apartment were immaculate, the room was extremely comfortable and clean, the bed was one of the most comfy i have had in Greece, throughout stay Ioanna was friendly and helpfull. Will certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful two night stay here but would return and stay for longer! The host Ionna is incredibly kind and helpful, she messaged in advance with lots of helpful information (we tried two of her restaurant recommendations and they were both outstanding!) and met us at the apartment to introduce herself. Complementary coffee pods, water and home made cake was provided which was such a nice touch and welcome after a day travelling. A beach umbrella, hair dryer, iron and umbrella was also provided - Ionna really had thought of everything! The studio itself was very big with a third bed as well as a sofa. It was spotless clean, with a modern bathroom, very comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. The best thing though was the view from the balcony which was amazing!! It was fabulous sitting out there having breakfast looking at the turquoise sea. The location is also fantastic, opposite to the track down to the beach which takes 3 minutes, but also 3 minutes to bus stop 4 where buses stop every 10 minutes for exploring the island. It’s a 7-10 min walk into town, just fair enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle on an evening but close enough to walk there for dinner and drinks. There is also a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a larger one 10 minutes walk away. Ionna was happy to help answer any questions during our stay and was even kind enough to take us to the airport which we really appreciated. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to come again! …
