Very nice B&b, very nicely furnished. The lady is wonderful and she will certainly bring a sunshine in your life just by talking to her. She is very people oriented and take care of her clients has they were part of her family. The room was spacious ( had the suite). We had the morning breakfast in the nice rose garden. The breakfast is very nice quality and with home made jams. I highly recommend this B&b! I hope to go back there as some point !

As part of a tour of the German southern wine route we booked this b & b on-line and were extremely pleased with our choice. It is run by a most helpful and delightful couple, Britta and Paul, who simply could not do enough to make our brief stay a wonderful experience. After three weeks we had a need for a laundry and Britta kindly offered to launder our dirty clothes, very inexpensively. They came back fresh and clean and we left in better shape! We were given a choice of an English breakfast or continental and chose the latter which was served to us in the garden terrace. It was delightful. Our room was very comfortable and clean and fresh. Free and safe car parking was available across the road. Thank you Britta and Paul for making us so very welcome and for making our all too brief stay with you such an enjoyable experience. We spent one night in this very charming B&B. The owners put a great deal of attention to furnishing of the rooms. Our room was small but sufficient and very quiet. The evening meal was excellent (in spite of being prepared by an Englishman ;-)). The entrance from the street was somewhat off-putting. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I have just spent two wonderful nights with Paul (who is English) and Britta (Paul's German partner) in Kapellen-Drusweiler in the Pfalz. We were both made very welcome by our friendly hosts and found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. Our quiet room was well-equipped with hair-dryer, TV and welcome tray (unusual in a German guest house). We were treated to one of the best breakfasts we have enjoyed on many trips to Germany which included a beautifully-prepared full English Breakfast as well as "continental" items. The village is close to the French border (Alsace) and is in the relatively little-known (to Brits) Pfalz wine region. It is superbly located for people travelling from the channel ports to destinations further in to Germany and towards the Alps. There is an excellent restaurant a short walk down the road which has an excellent range of reasonably-priced wines and a good and varied selection of food combining German/French/Italian cuisine. We shall certainly return and can wholeheartedly recommend this Guest House.…
