The spa was perfectly fine. I stayed in the clothed part for most of the afternoon without getting bored. There a couple of saunas, a hammam and pools. It made for a very relaxing experience. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures show and the naturist area looks even bigger still. The hotel has a weird set-up. Instead...

this hotel is divided over several buildings. Rooms are all different in size and style. Parking space is right in front of your room, and plenty of bars and restaurant in the street. It is only 7 minutes away from the exhibition center (when no traffic jam) and therefore ideal for a multi day stay. As other reviewers mentioned, there...

Hello PaulZ z, thanks a lot for your nice score and wonderful review. We are pleased with your lovely description of our hotel. We can not thank you enough for this. We are indeed situated on a positive location between Brussels and the airport. From our hotel you can quickly get to the Expo, the airport and Brussels, which is...

I can't understand the negative reviews for the hotel. I travel a lot and it is one of my favourite places to stay in Northern Europe. The rooms are well appointed and are fitted to a very high standard. The manager is wonderful and always tries to accommodate my early arrival, and makes every effort to make my stay enjoyable....

Dear Copassio, thank you very much for your nice score. The entire hotel team thanks you for your nice compliment. I apologize for the inappropriate behavior of my colleague. I have spoken to her about it, so it certainly will not happen again in the future. We hope to see you back on your next trip to Belgium. Kind regards,...

Hotel is very basic, budget hotel. No bar or restaurant. There is however a breakfast room. I stayed in one of the two Amex buildings down the road. The room I had was clean but basic. No WIFI. Room had a plastic roof, would be very noisy when it rained. In street parking.

Hello MEknight, thanks for your review. We are primarily a business hotel. Our Classic Rooms (the cheapest rooms we have) are indeed quite basic, but with a good price quality ratio. All our rooms, also our Classic Rooms are equipped with wireless internet. The password is listed in our information book. It is unfortunate that you have not been informed...

A very basic operation with no lift and narrow claustrophobic badly lit stairs. No assistance is offered with luggage. Having inadvertently booked into a "budget" room, it turned out to be under the eaves, lit by a sky light, with the bed (comfortable) situated up what can only be described as a ladder. Once in the bed space, one had...

A fully booked hotel in nearby Vilvoorde made a mistake with my reservation and arranged a 'standard' room in this hotel as an alternative. Bad idea. The girl at the reception rudely interrupted me several times, claiming for 4 times that they only had a 121 euro 'deluxe' room available before admitting that they also have a 71 euro 'basic'...

Dear, Thank you for your reaction. We have 4 different room types in our hotel. Indeed, the cheapest rooms are not as spacious as the more expensive ones. However, these rooms are entirely proper and clean. You may have to take the stairs to go to the bedroom, but on the other hand, you do have a little kitchen and...

Was staying here for 3 nights. Very basic quality, looks like for hourly pay. You can hear everything that happens in the next door rooms..not possible to sleep well. Polite but absolutely useless reception staff.

Stayed one night for business. The hotel is very basic but there is a nice feeling that the personnel are really trying to service guests. The room structure is not all to what what one could expect but the service in both the hotel and spa are somehow well compensating the other aspects missing. Not a bad experience for the...

My husband and I stayed here for one night in October and I have to say that our room was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in for a very long time. We booked this hotel but when we checked in the room was extremely basic: 2 beds, a table with 2 chairs and no wardrobe or place to hang or store clothes. No air conditioning and the bathroom did not look inviting. So we paid the one night penalty and drove to the nearby Ibis hotel which isn't a 5 star...
