Lovely little place ideal for a short stay. The lady is lovely and just puts a smile on your face! Ideal for train lovers and those who like exploring the country side :) If your like me and like lots of pillows bring your own as only 1 is provided per person but thats just a minor flaw. Breakfast was lovely serving a traditional english filling me and my partner up perfectly! :D

We stayed here for one night. Very nice accommodation. Spotless and cosy warm on a chilly night. I had to be up early for work next day and the heating was on even though it was 06.00 so much appreciated. Very friendly and hospital owners. The lady phoned around to all the local pubs to see if they were serving food as it was Boxing Day night. She even to cook a light meal for us if nothing was open and serving. I had to leave very early before breakfast and the lady owner cooked me hard boiled eggs to take with me. My partner did have breakfast later and said it was very good. Terrific location if you want to travel around the area by train. Just step out onto the platform.

We stayed here for one night when visiting our son at the UEA. A bit disappointing that when we arrived at 4pm there was no-one at the property to check us in and we had to wait for 15 minutes in the car until the owner returned. We were then shown to our room but nothing else was explained and m6 husband had to go and find the owner for the WiFi password as there wasn’t any information booklets or notices in the room. The room was comfortable and although the cooked breakfast was ok, we asked for brown and white toast and only got one slice of white and two small triangles of brown. There were cereals but no yoghurts or fresh fruit and only orange juice. Although the price of the room was very reasonable unfortunately it would not be our first choice when visiting Norfolk again.
