We were welcomed with a cup of tea and some delicious homemade cake. When we asked about somewhere to eat, we were told that the place we'd planned to go to as indifferent, and they phoned round two more places to find somewhere with space (this was Saturday night). And an excellent breakfast in the morning.

Lovely B&B, great hosts who were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Immaculately clean and very comfortable, with special extra touches. The breakfast was perfectly cooked, with a great choice. Also in a very peaceful location. Thoroughly recommend this B&B and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you

We booked at the last moment (6pm) not having intended to stay overnight in Suffolk. Sue's only concern was having time to make the bed for us. When we arrived the house, the room and Sue were perfect. The house is spacious and pristine, Sue's welcome and hospitality are warm. Our stay was faultless. The room, the bed, the shower:...

Just spent another 2 weeks in this fantastic, modern bungalow. The holiday let is always prepared to an impeccable standard. This was our third visit to this property and we are already booked for next year. Sue and Chris are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. They always make us extremely welcome during our stay. This...

We can thoroughly recommend this B&B. Nobody could have been nicer than Sue and Chris. Their B&B was spotlessly clean and the breakfast ample and beautifully cooked. Our hosts were very helpful in suggesting visits and trips to complement our own plans, and had advice on what to see and how to make the most of the day.

Where do I start! Sue and Chris you really made us feel welcome throughout our stay at your B & B. We arrive very late due to traffic problems and Sue met us with a smile and some cake. We have stayed in many different B & Bs in the UK but none have been so beautiful decorated with a...

After very disappointing stay at a B&B in Gloucestershire, back to the BEST B&B in the UK. Visiting the UK now for more than 35 years this is the best B&B we experienced. If you looking for a relaxing and super B&B this is the one you have to go to,----if they have room for you you are very lucky...

This place is a hidden treasure, it really is immaculate. We only needed to stay one night as we were walking the Suffolk Coastal Path but we would gladly stay again if in the area. Sue (and her husband) keeps her place spotless and tries to cater for your every need, she really does go out of her way to...
