Stayed here numerous times with no problem every single year since 2009. However speaking with the owner Jan this time I found her very rude and really didn’t seem to care that I was booking again showing a heck of a lot loyalty. She was saying things like ‘well it doesn’t

Dear Chris Can I just make it clear to everyone reading this you have never booked accommodation in my house. You were a guest of a good client of mine who has been staying with me for some years during the Revival. The first dealings I have had with you regarding a booking has been in the last month. In that time you did not come back to me for two weeks when I had said I would hold the rooms for four days. I then sent an email giving you the booking details and payment terms and asking that if you wanted the 2 rooms to pay the deposit within the next two days. This you did not do and the rooms were allocated elsewhere. You then contacted me some days later threatening to put me on review sites stating 'I hope you like 1 star reviews because I'm going to be posting them on every SINGLE review platform that I possiblly can!!!!' and you have. Would have been much easier to pay the deposit if you wanted the rooms. Sorry we won't be seeing you for the April meeting or, indeed, at any other time in the future. Jan

A great stay at the Spire Cottage and Harry’s. Jan was a great host and we had a fantastic time. Fantastic cooked breakfast when staying at the Spire Cottage. Harry’s Cottage was also a great family accommodation, pet friendly. Thanks for our stay.

Everything about our stay with Jan was excellent, from the lovely room to the excellent breakfasts, incuding freshly squeezed orange juice. The 'English' breakfast was superb, and sets you up for the day. Jan is a font of knowledge about what to see and do in the area and her

Just booked 6 nights in the Spire Cottage ( just away from main house), and loved the tranquillity and privacy of the location, though you are still near all the attractions such as Chichester, and the Witterings .There was also a large Farm Shop at nearby Runcton where you can

We stayed at this cottage for weekend break away. The location itself is very good with a decent pub across the road. We stayed in the garden annexe which was well presented and clean. Unfortunately I did find the bed quite uncomfortable and I think this is because it is a

Hi there, we have the garden annex room, which is attached to the house and has its own private entrance and garden. It has a gravel path leading to it but this is firm. There are two steps up to the ground floor room. There is an ensuite shower room. For b and b guests access to the breakfast room is up four steps. We also have a self catering one bedroomed cottage, Harry's. which has wheelchair access, this is normally one week lets. It has its own enclosed garden. It also has a wet room. Both these properties are dog friendly. The self catering cottage is very modern. Both floors are tiled.
