Another brilliant stay at the stables. This has become our absolute go to cottage to stay at. We find The cleanliness ,comfort and generosity of what is provided by Nick and Barbara and their team remains constantly of such a high standard and they work hard to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible . Whether you just want to stay and make the most all the cottage has to offer or explore the beauty of north Norfolk ,it’s all there. I am going back again in a few weeks for another break, I had contemplated hiding in the huge cupboard in one of the bedrooms until then but thought the next guests might not be so pleased.

Excellent cottage with so many extras, thoughtful hosts. There are many great local walks and sandy beach (when the tide is out) for dogs and so many good places to visit nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Have just returned from stable cottage and once again had an amazing time. We bought our 3 grown up children with us and our 2 dogs . We all enjoyed the facilities. The hot tub was my favourite and I enjoyed relaxing in there sipping the Champagne that was provided. My boys enjoyed the games room and had a few games of pool . The dogs enjoyed the garden , it was very safe for them . I really couldn’t fault anything. We went to the little local pub for dinner to find it had stopped doing food and the chip shop only opens for 2 hours a day and that was closed so ended up with pizza from the local shop . Never mind , more time in hot tub 😊. Thank you Nick for greeting us and saying goodbye as we left hopefully we will return in the near future.

Lovely little cottage cosy, lovely welcome gifts, bread & cake was amazing, the champagne a nice touch. only a couple of minor issues couldn't find a pizza cutter (but used a knife), everything else there, and the fridge door didn't stay open on own, so kept hitting into you. But otherwise all facilities good, toiletries, towels all included

I'm particularly delighted that you all had a great time and appreciated the comprehensive welcome pack, detailed here. Our welcome pack is included with every booking; 'All your bedding, linen, towels, fluffy dressing gowns, disposable slippers, starter toiletries in ensuites, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, instant tea and coffee, fresh coffee, Champagne of course plus home made bread and cake plus a carton of milk and a box of chocolate biscuits', after all, every little helps ! I was disappointed that you couldn't find the pizza cutter, it should have been in the cutlery drawer with the other catering accessories, such as garlic press, cork screw, ice cream scoop, melon baller, to name but a few. I'm glad though that you were able to use one of the large knives from the knife rack :-) I was also a little confused regarding your comment on the new Samsung Eco fridge freezer tower, the slowly closing 'self closing' doors are a positive design feature, which helps avoid leaving the fridge or freezer doors open by mistake. I tied them last Friday and they were not heavy to use and appeared to work very well. Our location, just 300 mtrs from a lovely sandy beach is great, especially so close to all the local shops and restaurants. I'm pleased that you were able to enjoy the recent special offer of a £100 discount on your break too. Overall I'm pleased with your comments, but a little disappointed that your review score resulted in a 4 star review instead of a possible 5 star. We have just returned back from a wonderful weekend in this delightful luxury cottage. It has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable and the hot tub and games room are an added bonus, and were both enjoyed very much. The bedrooms are very big and it is especially nice to have your own bathroom so that there are no arguments over who's first. We took our little Cavapoo with us and she was also catered for, with a dog bed and bedding provided although we took our own but this is an added bonus if you are struggling for room in the car. A complimentary food pack was provided on arrival including homemade cake and bread, which was a real treat. The log burner was an extra special treat and throws out lots of lovely heat on those cold winter/spring nights. All-in-all we had a lovely stay and could not really fault anything at all and would love to return again with other members of the family. Thank you for a lovely weekend. …

We have stayed here before and have always had a wonderful experience. So this time we wanted to appreciate the exceptionally high standard of care and amenities this wonderful cottage offers. How the owners maintain this standard is impressive, and this time there were additional improvements with the log burner and large fridge freezer. It is so clean, and so generous in its provision of a welcome pack, the wonderful jacuzzi and the comfortable living and sleeping areas. It is really close to the sea and we enjoyed walking along the beach and benefiting from the fresh sea breeze! Thank you for a wonderful and thoroughly relaxing stay.

This was our third visit to stable cottage and as always, we were not disappointed. The house itself is well appointed and well kept with lots of luxury extra touches throughout. Must admit, the hot tub is a big factor to us …. We have two dogs who are both quite lively, and the garden is perfect for them, safe and completely secure. We would recommend this cottage without reservation.

The cottage is gorgeous, great facilities and loads of lovely finishing touches - we didnt want for anything! The beds were sooooo comfy and all bedrooms a decent size. Hot tub area and garden were fantastic, again catering for everything - little games room, bbq area, table tennis! Fab location as well only a 20-25 min walk into Cromer which is lovely. We would 100% stay here again.

We have just had a fantastic time staying at this cottage. We had previously stayed at the owners other property next door and the experience was just as good. The service was first class from the booking right through to the end of the holiday. The facilities were also first class and everything is to a very high standard. Although we did not need to contact the owners during our stay it is comforting to know they are on hand to deal with anything you might need. It is that good we have booked again for July! I fully recommend using this company, but as you will see from their limited availability is testimony to how good the cottage is.

Lovely cottage with luxury touches. Clean and every comfort provided. Pretty secluded garden with the added bonus of a huge hot tub. Walking distance to a beach plus two pubs and fish and chip shop, but Cromer is very close also.
