I booked this hotel late in the airport on the 9th of October. I got no confirmation or no email to confirm the booking. When I arrived a duplicate payment had gone through in error within 19 minutes clearly a duplicate error.I never asked for a refund and the girl at reception said. You have booked two rooms. I told her I was a solo traveller. And she was very rude and unfriendly and stated you are not getting a refund in a very abrupt manner. I asked why and she said something about terms and conditions. While terms and conditions are fine this was late at night its not as if the basic room would have been sold anyway. I could not afford to pay for two rooms, the reason I picked budget was cause I was on a budget. This is down right pure greed from this hotel. You could have refunded and been a bit nicer at reception. Anyway leaving it at that.very bad customer service. Will never stay again.…

Avoid this hotel resemble more of a hostel or homeless shelter then a hotel and offers the bare bones . Stayed 4 nights no housekeeping not even fresh towels or even the rubbish bin removed. Even when requested nothing . The only thing going for it is it’s close to airport

The hotel offers excellent location If you are staying around CDG airport , easy to get to with the public bus from the airport central bus station and opposite to Aeroville shopping centre which offers various range of shops , supermarket and restaurants. The room was very clean , decent size , basic with basic amenities offered. Except with no hair dryer. You got to pay additional fees for everything , their check in time was 3 or 4pm I guess which is quite late unless you pay 10€ for early check in , if you choose to leave your luggage their till your check in time you will have to pay 5€ and the same if you would like to leave your bags after the check out time which was 10:00am.

Room very small no closet, just 3 coat hangers on the wall, do not expect to unpack your bag if you stay more than a few days. No phone in the room and no chair, just a small wood seat very low.. Dirty floor with visible marks all over that stayed dirty for the 4 night 5 days i was there.. No restaurant or bar , there, just possibility of breakfast that i will say was good and correct if you exclude the wait time to get a table . Vending machines for soda, water and junk food in lobby . Commercial center with many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk... bathroom small but functional. cleaning and room made only once in 4 nights and 5 days. when asked the receiption why my room was not done daily was told that is measure of cost saving!..... the negatif:: cleaness ( room and room cleaning) , space, closet inexistant and amneties to be able to stay on site not available. Value for pice paid. ( close to 200 Euro a night). Hotel aligned with runway , Lot of aircraft above your head during the days... The positif: Good ( paid extra) breakfast for it's price, Proximity of CDG and Bourget. Paid secure outdoor parking available. Personel working there at receiption pleasant. unfortunately for the value versus price paid, i will not go back there. This may be good only if you need to crash one night but not more...…

Worst hotel I've ever visited, and I've stayed in a Britannia. Rooms the size a small prison cell and beds taken from the same. The single bed i had was so narrow i darent attempt to turn over for fear of falling out. Zero facilities in room such as kettle, tea coffee etc, not even a glass for a glass of water. In the 'bathroom'the toilet seat was only held on buy one bolt, the shower cubicle again so small that yiu need to be a size zero model to be able to close the door once you're in it, and the bathroom door has no lock and a massive gap round the edge, so no privacy. Breakfast was ok if limited, although go careful of the mini baguettes which are so hard you may end up with an unexpected dental bill. Overall i gave it one star as i had to, zero would be far more deserved.…

Stayed with teenagers. Great hotel in a perfect location for airport and opposite a shopping centre which has lots of shops and restaurants plus the huge supermarket Auchen. Rooms are fairly small but perfect for a good night sleep. Our rooms 208 and 212 had a perfect view of aeroplanes leaving the airport which pleased my plane obsessed daughter. We did have an issue with room cleaning and them moving around our stuff and throwing/taking away things left on the side eg some clothes and toiletries. Reception have dealt with this promptly and efficiently and it has now been resolved. Special thanks to the guy with dark hair and glasses on reception Friday and Monday for being helpful with this. Despite this issue we would still definitly go back to this hotel.

A clean and comfortable stay for a quick stay-over! It's especially good for airport layovers because of its extremely close proximity to the Aeroville mall making shopping and eating convenient! The rooms are indeed tiny and a bit cramped but clean enough and wow so many channel options on the TV! The staff here are friendly too. Please note that early check in and late check outs are all subject to extra charge. Oh - and the pillows and the bed, were surprisingly very comfy!

The check in line was not that long, but it took almost an hour since the 2nd checkin desk was manned, but he preferred not to do any checking but played on the net. He even asked the other guy doing checkin to look at online pictures. The room itself had a stolen shower curtain, paper pillow sheets and a showerhead which could not aligned to my height. Overall a forgettable experience
