We stayed at B&B Aurora for 4 days. I have to say I was treated like royalty by the owners Tina and Walter. We stayed in their apartment on the ground floor. It can sleep up to 6 people. The apt is spacious fully stocked with all kitchen appliances and has a washing machine as well. The views of the...

We stayed for 7 nights at Tina and Walter's B&B, in the two rooms upstairs. Tina and Walter are very welcoming hosts and looked after us very well. The rooms were beautiful, the view of the lake from both rooms was perfect, it was quiet at night, good beds, and we had a nice comfortable sleep. Breakfast every morning was...

We had a wonderful stay with Tina & Walter. Ce sont des hôtes fantastiques, au petit soin. Great breakfast, good tips for addresses in the surrounding area, access to their private beach at the lake... On dirait que leur gentillesse n'a pas de limite ! We will come back if we are in the area !! Grazie mille !

Lago d’Orta was on the list as a place where we could live in the future. We’ve seen and stayed at the bigger lakes in the region but Orta, being small, out of the way but stunningly attractive, is something special, different in a quietly unassuming way. Even on grey days with the rain spitting, the lake is a little...

It is difficult to find the right words to express how highly we would recommend this B and B. The location is stunning and the hosts are second to none. The attention to detail in all the rooms is amazing and to find ourselves sleeping in a four poster bed was a total surprise. Breakfast seated in the garden overlooking...

We had previously visited the "big" lakes and wanted to try the smaller Lake Orta. This proved a good idea as it is less touristy but very beautiful, especially with the little Isle of San Guilio just a short boat ride away. (Note: if you take the public boat you can get a mini-tour of some of the other towns on...

Aurora B&B is located in the small village of Crabbia, a 5 to 10 minute drive from Orta St. Gulio. Tina and Walter offer excellent value for the price. Initially we were going to stay two nights with them but once we saw the two large rooms and the lovely large terraces we stayed for 5 nights and loved every...

Last weekend, we visited Pettenasco in Italy for a friends' wedding, and lived in B&B Aurora for our entire stay (3 nights). While Lago d'Orta itself is an unforgetably beautiful place to visit, the B&B definitely add to our good impression on this place and the local people there. We stayed in the apartment on the upper floor of the...

Me and my friends stayed here for two nights. This B&B was very nice, we could see we had found the right place immediately when we pulled our car inside the gate. The house is set on top of a hill with incredible views over the lake and the mountains. The garden was beautifully kept and there was a lot...
