I cannot fault this hotel or staff. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We rang the week before as we usually do to ask for a top floor, end of corridor, quiet room, which was all sorted for us when we got there. We were visiting family and going to the stadium of light to watch some men run...

Location - Good Disabled access - Good Cleanliness - lots of tables covered in dirty dishes - therefore poor Toilets - one out of use Food - price ok with the special offers but rather poor Soft play - too many children using the facility without being customers of the pub so children had a wait of 1 hour to...

Clean, tidy, decent food not great but decent. Good price, what more could you want. This is a typical Premier Inn, they're not 5 star hotels but they are good value for money, where you can get a decent nights sleep and some decent food.

Superbly comfy and spacious room 36. Great all you can eat breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. The receptionist even offered me a cuppa soup and hot chocolate sachet when I was going to my room with my toddler - the restaurant was too busy and it was too late to get a meal! Really impressed by the whole experience and...

Very clean and comfortable from arriving until our departure everyone was friendly and efficient. The room was a little cold on arrival but once we turned the thermostat it soon warmed up, the bed was very comfortable, the water pressure was poor in the bathroom sink but did not cause too much of a problem. Did not eat in the...

We stayed here as a big group for a swim gala and the hotel is convenient only 8 mins drive away. Our room was ok but was one of the older ones, some if us had big new rooms others were smaller but all acceptable and good value for money. There's a decent restaurant and free parking. The staff were...

Quick weekend with a friend to do some shopping and visit family. Booking was easy even though I booked our two nights as nights and then added the meal option to only one of the nights. No problems with this when we asked if we would be required to change rooms the next night and everything was joined up without...

Nice rooms, but a but noisey from traffic on main road. It has a good resturant on site with a soft play for the young children if your traveling with them. Theres also a macdonalds a few mins down the road.
