It is situated right in the centre of Paceville, where all the nightclubs are, so I think most of the bad reviews come from people who are not aware of this...

In serious need of refurbishment, Shower was hanging off of wall so we couldn't use it after our 3hr flight from England, darent have the ceiling fan on in case it fell off and decapitated us in our sleep, they have UK style wall sockets but the TV had a Euro style plug, the exterior looked half finished and you...

HOw unfortunate that you relate about a small balcony, the balconies to the majority of rooms being very large. There is also the extensive swimming pool area, or other places in Malta to visit. We hope you enjoy Malta more next time. Yours, Graham Powell

Welcoming reception staff. Clean rooms provided with fresh towels daily. However, wifi was very slow in the reception areas (no wifi present in rooms). Bathroom shower needed updating as old fashioned shower equipment used- shower head had small surface areas which some holes being blocked and kept facing down to tap (direction couldn't be adjusted). Also one of our door...

Don't be put off by the negative reviews! Although we won't go back to this Hotel it was adequate for the purpose of our visit. We had a couple of minor issues with the room when we arrived, but these were quickly fixed to our satisfaction. One tip: Ask to have the room cleaned and towels changed as they only...

Avoid avoid avoid. No school in room and outside temp 30+. Breakfast was just bad. All inclusive was a joke only getting s small party plastic container of beer. Pool looked good until close inspection, it had a very dirty bath ring.

Sorry to hear that the area was not to your liking. We inform tour operators about Paceville and what it is like. The time of year is also crucial, August being the busiest and most frenetic month of the year. We wish you well on your next trip abroad. Yours faithfully, Graham Powell
