This hotel is fantastic from the moment you enter hotel reception until the moment you leave the staff the food and the rooms are brilliant can’t fault this hotel and if we were to stay in st Julian’s bay we wouldn’t stay anywhere else it’s so close to everything without the noise absolutely brilliant
Really liked this hotel, staff were excellent especially Jose, great customer service from all of the staff. Hotel is very clean, in a good location in the town so everything is within walking distance. Would definitely come back to Hotel Valentina.
Boutique hotel close to centre of St Julians. Great for short visits. Pool on roof is an added bonus. Friendly staff and lovely Dutch trainees always willing to help. Expect some noise from area (bars).
Albeit a short stay but great! The staff was very friendly and catered for all our needs. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was super comfortable. Although it was the weekend, we did not hear a peep from the busy nightlife outside. It was a wonderful weekend which we will definitely repeat. Great job to all the staff working there.
Everything was perfect! Very professional and kind at the reception, very silent and nice bedroom with all the comforts. The breakfast is not huge but super satisfying The parking is absolutely a plus Super recommend
Hotel Valentina is very nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with no fussy decorations. The staff are really super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and generous. The hotel is a short walk to the St Julian’s water front and a major bus stop for easy travel elsewhere in Malta.
This was not the first time my husband stayed at this hotel, since he uses it every time on his business trips to Malta. This time I was with him and after a week that we stayed, was completely shocked when to our request for a late check-out (for one hour later) the reception lady answered strictly and almost aggressively that we had to leave immediately the room! She even new that we had a taxi reservation for two hours later (that we eventually canceled to get a new taxi by ourselves to get to the airport) At a period where horeca suffers, I think hotels should choose more carefully they personnel at these key point positions. So that would be our last time to stay at Valentina hotel and the one star rating is for the strictness and aggressive reaction of the receptionist ... Our next trip to Malta will have another host for sure.…
One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, the room was spotless and the staff were amongst the friendliest and most helpful I've met. The hotel is situated very close to the centre of St Julians with all the lovely restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Our only regret was that the rooftop bar was closed, it looked like an amazing place for a relaxing drink. We've already decided that we're going back, just have to pick the right time.
Don’t let the fancy pictures suck you in. We chose this hotel because the pictures advertising the hotel showed a fancy rooftop pool whereas in reality when we arrived we found out that the hotel isn’t open half the year. Bitterly disappointed as this was the selling point and we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel otherwise.
I was welcomed at this hotel and had a very clean modern room with a fabulous shower. The pool was not in use and therefore looked very different to the website. The views from this vantage point were other buildings which is fair enough for where it is placed. I was visiting end of season and there was no holiday buzz in this accommodation. Bus stop and the beautiful sites of Malta are very central to this hotel. For the price it was very comfortable but for me there was no holiday feel as a view is definitely missing, however within 5 minutes walk the delights of Malta can be embraced.
