It's not just Legoland - this part of Berkshire has all the building blocks for a great family break, while this Premier Inn offers free parking, on-site Beefeater restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds. We're just outside of Bracknell town centre, a leisurely gallop from Windsor and Ascot, and a 30-minute drive from Thorpe Park. There's easy road and rail access to London's great shopping, theatres, sporting and concert venues. It's not a case of 'what shall we do today?' more a case of 'will we have time to fit everything in?'

The bed was amazing. Reception staff both on arrival and checkout were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions put to them. Although the room was a little tired I would stay there again as it offers good value for money.

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a fantastic week stay. Room was lovely, cleaned to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff here, all the staff were bright and breezy every day. The cleaning team were not allowed to enter our room for the whole week but if we needed more towels or bedding it was given to us within an instant. The whole team here are doing a fantastic job in these awkward times that we’re now having to learn to live with. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again felt very safe and comfortable. The Beefeater next door is amazing also every member of staff very friendly and all safety Covid 19 measures all followed very well. The food is cooked to perfection and plenty of choice nothing is too much trouble. It actually made our stay how friendly the staff were in both the Premier Inn and the Beefeater. Can’t wait to revisit.

Stayed here for two nights with my wife and daughter. Booked two rooms for tow nights with breakfast in August 2019 for just £180. The rooms were perfectly fine -we were only really sleeping there as we were up and out to visit family. Beds were quite comfortable, The exterior is a bit grim and tired but that's no big deal. Staff that we encountered were courteous and friendly.

The big disappointment for me was the breakfast. At £9.50 per person per day and pitched as unlimited it was very disappointing that the unlimited hot option required ordering , waiting for food to arrive, waiting for a member of staff to come to the table when you have finished, ordering again, waiting again. I was expecting a buffet style setting , the one in use is far too time consuming. Eggs were good, sausages were good, tomato was good, mushrooms had that tinned feel about them, bacon was rank. There weren't enough staff around, especially on the Sunday morning when breakfast was absolutely rammed from at 9 a.m.

Would happily stay at the Premier Inn again but would probably take the short walk to Morrison's and pay £6 - £8 for their breakfast/Big Daddy breakfast and a brew.

Freezing cold room and bathroom that took ages to heat up due to the small, inefficient radiator that was in the bedroom only. Was eventually provided with additional heaters on request. Paid £102 GBP for the room and it was not worth it. If I had paid £50, I would not have been so upset. Tiny lobby, very weak wifi especially if you need it for working.
On the positive, comfortable bed, "proper" hairdryer, very nice staff, enjoyable meal next door. Paid for ultimate wifi was good although I was unable to connect the second device when I should have been able to connect up to 3 devices.
Would not stay again

This has to be the friendliest PI we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a few over the years. Nothing is too much trouble, rooms as you expect from a PI, free parking, clean rooms, extra pillows, a sheet was provided for the bed and a fan as it was rather warm and an excellent Beefeater next door. Took us around 15 minutes to get to Legoland, and we also payed a visit to Coral Reef water park, which again, was around 5-10 minutes away. This PI is without a doubt our go to for Legoland now, we won’t stay anywhere else when we visit.

We booked this hotel for a family emergency.
I needed an accessible room and this had a wet room bathroom. I showered later in the evening but this had to end abruptly because the water wasn’t draining away and was flooding the bathroom. It stopped within inches of the door.
It was too late to do anything about it that evening and we thought it would slowly drain away, but we had to paddle through the water to use the toilet facilities until the following morning.
I wasn’t able to shower the following morning for fear of further flooding as the water was very slow draining so I reported it at reception when we went for breakfast.
The lovely receptionist did offer us the use of another room to use the shower but we were visiting our poorly grandchild so needed to leave immediately after breakfast.
Breakfast was an absolute shambles.
There was obviously a staff shortage. The food was sparce, cereal and fruit bowls almost empty, Just 1 muffin left, no plates available, they stated they had run out of butter, a couple next to me had opted for the Continental breakfast but there was hardly anything available apart from bread, jams and honey.
I have never seen such a poor breakfast option, the food table was empty, it was like Mother Hubbard’s cupboard.
We were hanging around for quite a while waiting for clean plates and for them to cut cubes of butter This was at 9am so we were well within the breakfast timeframe.
An extremely disappointing stay.

Good location for the commute to Legoland, unfortunately the cleaning of the toilet left a lot to be desired. A complaint was made to the front desk who were mortified, offered to move us and were generally very responsive. Unfortunately the promised call from the manager the next day did not happen, and still hasn't. Shame on her. As a result we have cancelled the remaining 2 weekends bookings and moved to another hotel chain.

I appreciate the rooms are not cleaned daily, however, not once in a four night stay was appalling. We had to ask for towels when then actually was someone in reception but our dirty ones were still in the room. We couldn’t use the fane as it had never been cleaned and the dust on it would turn your stomach. Especially during the current situation with covid these should be cleaned between guests. As a result we couldn’t sleep because of the heat ( which was not the hotels fault as they don’t control the weather) This trip was for a special occasion and unfortunately it was ruined. On a plus side it’s in a great location and the restaurant next door is great!

We visited here Monday 10th August for two nights. Check-in was seamless and friendly. We provided all.our info of where we were from and car reg number. There was plenty of parking The room which had king-size and single in was on the ground floor facing out the back of the hotel. Room was spotless and modern. The only one thing that let it down was no Aircon and boy was it warm. They did provide a fan so this helped a lot. The shower is brilliant and powerful. We were provided tea and coffee. We had pre booked breakfast and this did not disappoint. Alex was brilliant at keeping us topped up and super friendly. There was another lady too who was fab but I forgot to get her name. Our little lad also named Alex was kept amused by big Alex. Breakfast was fantastic. Full English with plenty of toast and beverages. There was also a choice of porridge, museli or weetabix. My hubby took full advantage of the service as you now have to order and they bring it to your table. There was no one sat anywhere near to our table and the social distancing markers were very visible. Overall excellent base for Legoland, Thorpe park, Chessington or if your nipping to Windsor to see the queen. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.without hesitation. Well done to all the staff that made our stay fab.

The hotel is convenient for business trips. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfy, but the lack of air con is a horror in hot weather!
The bar/restaurant is clean and cosy, but beware the very uneven floorboards by the bar, they're a major trip hazard. I was told they can't be fixed due to the building being listed, but a removable board under the carpet has to be cheaper than compensation and dental work for broken teeth if you hit that bar face first!
