We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with two little children. I must say our stay from the beginning of booking all the way to checkout was absolutely amazing and so smooth! The apartment itself is so clean and modern and up to date. The kitchen amenities are perfect! The lounge was perfect - cosy and clean. Our bedroom was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and fresh. I was blown away by all the facilities that are provided in the apartment. We had an iron and iron board in the store with a designated area to open up the iron board, so it’s not in your way. We had a fan in the bedroom closet. We had a safe in the closet. We had extra towels provided. We had liquid, sponges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent and all kitchen utensils. The tv had all channels including sky movies. Shame no Netflix but I can’t hold it against them. There was also a hair dryer provided, and drying rack for the laundry. And a mini vacuum! Overall it was a fully loaded and equipped apartment! We are so blown away and it made our stay so comfortable especially with little kids! The service was absolutely impeccable too. Every time I picked up the phone with a query at any time, there was an answer and a resolution. We were also called back to be told that we can check in 1 hour later. Honestly, I’m so impressed! I wish they had house of fisher apartments everywhere in the world! We are one happy family and will be committed customers henceforth. Im so delighted to be leaving this review and would like to say a big thank you to everyone at house of fisher.

The hotel is a breeze to walk in and out from. Since the building is essentially staffless, you don't have to worry about feeling judged when you walk in at 2am! In all seriousness, it's a modern hotel that makes you feel like you're living in an apartment block. It's like I had just moved in frankly. I've used this hotel a few times now, to see friends who live in Bracknell. As it's practically central, it means essentially everything in Bracknell is a short walk from the front door. I will most likely continue to use this hotel when I inevitably come back to Bracknell, and will be a consistent patron of House of Fisher.

As an emergency service worker, I suddenly found myself having to move to protect my family. After emailing dozens of companies, House of Fisher were the only ones who were able to help.
The 1 bedroom flat was clean and comfy with everything you need to cook, clean and relax. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.
Special mention to Edd who was absolutely brilliant checking everything was in order.

Honestly i wouldn't stay at this place ever, the customer service is terrible. Booked on Expedia for a weekend break and state that minimum check in Age is 21 which I thought only meant 1 person. After booking they emailed saying that all people need to be over the age of 21 so I contacted them about a refund which they said it was perfectly fine for a full refund but I need to contact Expedia. So after many conversations with Expedia they told me that the house of fisher were unable to contact them back but at the same time I had three conversations with three different people. So seems like it ran by scum

I stayed in flat number 17 which was a very nice updated clean apartment with a full-fledged kitchen and modern bathroom it was conveniently located near public transportation approximately a 15-minute walk to the train station and also conveniently located to Morrisons Supermarket which is like a Stop & Shop

Absolutely shocking…stayed here and on arrival we entered the room to a terrible smell….cat poo in the sink and cat hair all over the carpet….while looking around the room a cat run from under the sofa…was told we would have a full refund for this room for room only to be given £50….do not stay in room 17!!!!!

Good morning D2729LDheidig We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay at Beneficial House. This property is pet friendly and we did discover that a neighbours cat had unknowingly escaped, causing the issue described. Upon report of this issue, we reacted by sending our out of hours engineer who arrived in 30 minutes. He proceeded with the re cleaning of the apartment, bedding change and removing our unexpected guest. During our conversation, we agreed that we would offer a £50.00 refund which was accepted and a line was drawn under the incident (in good humour actually). There was also an abundance of positive aspects shared about your experience and the intention to return in the future. Where we understand the initial shock, we are confident we reacted in the best manner possible at the time. Changing allocation was not possible. Rest assured, number 17 is as habitable as the rest of the building and is available to let. Kind regards,

I am writing a review as I am disgusted by the service my family and I have received from Ed at house of Fisher. My partner and I have stayed at Fisher House properties twice before once in January when my partner was on call away for work and once for Christmas in 2018 and had a very pleasant stay both times. This weekend my partner was supposed to work away again on call. He booked this apartment so that we could all stay together there as a family (Myself, my partner & 3 children) closer to the area he was due to be working, as he did in January. He was asked to send his ID, a letter from his work and an email from his manager to prove it was for business. He sent all of the above. After the email was received by them yesterday, my partner was then asked to pay for the booking + deposit. On the day we were due to all stay there (today) my partner received an email saying the money for the apartment had been refunded to him. He contacted reservations to find out why and got through to Ed. Ed advised him that the money was refunded to him as there was fraudulent activity with his card. My partner assured him there is no fraudulent activity with his card...the money had been taken by them. His bank card is in his name which is the same as his ID which he sent and is registered to our home address which is also the same as ID. Ed told him that if it is fraudulent then House of Fisher take the loss which they are not willing to do. Ed then asked him to make another payment with a different card. So we were going to use my card but Ed wouldn’t send the link for us to make another payment.. My partner (quite frustrated at this point) said to Ed if you don’t want me to hire the apartment then just say that instead of putting it down to Fraud. Ed replied with “to be honest I don’t want to give you the apartment” and put the phone down. This is the most bizarre and disgusting experience we have ever had. It has ruined our weekend and disrupted our families plans completely and my partners work. The only thing we can put this down to is racial discrimination by ED. My partner is Black. We will never be giving our money to this company because of this vile behaviour. During a time which is stressful enough as it is we don’t need customer service from As*****s like this!

Anita, I would like to start by expressing my disappointment in reading this review and I have, as a result, spent considerable time investigating your serious allegations and the events that have led to this. Allow me to offer some feedback. Your partner has previously attempted to make bookings in February at our Athena Court property on two occasions which were cancelled for “potential fraudulent activity” by the booking channel. The booking in question was actually for Equinox Place on the 5th March and not Beneficial House as reviewed. This booking was also cancelled by the booking channel for the same reason. You have been made aware of these cancellations as we have communicated them all in writing. The reason this particular booking (at Equinox Place) was declined was due to the fact that although you passed the booking channel’s security, your payment did not pass our 3D security. You were advised of this immediately and given the option to use an alternative payment method. Bear in mind, we had already received your IDs, reason for stay along with a corporate email confirmation prior to this, which were all undisputed, contradicting your allegation. Three hours had passed from a new payment link being sent, which you deny had happened, before the call took place and the booking ultimately being rejected. In relation to your racial discrimination comment, we absolutely deny this defamatory accusation. We will take all feedback and comments on board but will not accept unfounded allegations that bring our reputation into disrepute; there are no justifications for slanderous and personal attacks on a member of our team. You received an email from our Managing Director in response to your final email on the 5th, addressing the accusations of racism, this has however been ignored. Weekend stay for Ascot. Good instructions for arrival and parking. Above a gym but this wasnt noticeable when in the apartment. Very clean, lots of facilities including a kitchen cutlery etc. Really quite homely. The safe had been left locked so we had to call out of hours who weren't great but we guy things sorted fairly quickly. Deposit returned swiftly. Would stay again.

Very clean. Excellent size and ideally located for my business trip. Easy access to town, local supermarkets and a gym under the building. My only thing is that the bedroom is a bit bright as the window blinds do not block the light from outside.
