My company British Gas use this hotel for the academy trainees to stay in while at the academy. Meals are too a good standard. But personal items have went missing out of the room we where in the hotel and when confronted the reception staff about the matter we where told that there were no items in lost and found....

The pool area was really nice changing rooms and facility's really tired and not that clean. Machine to dry swimwear tore all my swimsuit as it was so old and un- maintained. Treatment also were average but really cold with air conditioning blasting on both rooms during both treatments. Soup and a sandwich was really nice. Not sure i would...

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the very helpful and friendly staff, from the moment I arrived until the morning of departure nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious if a little dated, the bathroom had been recently updated and was very smart. The AC within the room had failed but temporary heating had been...

Not a wink of sleep as there seemed to be some sort of dance class going on in the room above. I told the reception staff in the morning to be told "you'll be okay, they've checked out". If only I had known what the following nights guest would be like, I would have paid for the tap dancers to...

Recently spent 2 nights here, hotel was perfectly placed for our stay and with the added extra of the leisure facilities. The hotel itself was excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We made use of the restaurant and the bar on our first night. Food not overpriced like some chain hotels and the wine prices were...

The hotel is quite obviously tired and no amount of fresh paint can hide that. The elevators are frankly a little dismal and a lot of the floors are squeaky. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and good shower. There were balcony doors (and a balcony) which I could access as it appeared the door handles...

We had quite an eventful weekend in this hotel, between my wife slipping and falling in the muddy grass in the carpark and the fire alarm during breakfast on Sunday morning sending all the guests out in the rain. Our room was a good size, with a king size bed, desk, table and two chairs. A tv, kettle, safe and...

From the moment I checked in I would have rated this hotel 5* for staff friendliness. The receptionist was so happy and friendly, the hotel decor and room were far better than expected but most importantly to me, I have recently adopted a vegan diet and the staff were overwhelmingly accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.
