Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed at Ramada Cobham for a night this week for the first time in quite a few years. Cobham is an excellent services with some good restaurant options on top of the usual fast food joints. Plenty of parking- I've never struggled to get a space. There's also a nice green space and lake right behind the hotel where you can go to forget about the M25 on the other side! Reception staff were pleasant and my 1st floor room was clean and comfortable. It was fairly small but fine enough for the night, with a modern ensuite and plenty of tea and coffee- everything that's needed at this sort of hotel. All in all, far better than the Travelodges and Days Inns attached to most service areas.

Thought I would update my review from a few years ago. It is still the clean friendly hotel it was then. Do not expect the Ritz you will be disappointed, expect a better than budget hotel with the facilities you need for a comfortable stay with decent rooms that provide the essentials and you will be delighted. Worth a mention is the Junction Restautant on the first floor. A menu with a breadth of cuisine that should provide something to appeal to most tastes and friendly service. I have used it a number of times and never been disappointed. The full buffet style breakfast is also worth a try too.

Perfect for a break when travelling or as a base for going into London and Windsor the Ramada provides an excellent choice for budget conscious travellers who still want clean, comfortable rooms and facilities with friendly staff. Not to be missed os the Junction restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel. A nice range of dishes are prepared with care and having stayed and eaten here several times already this year I can say with certainty that I have never had a meal I did not enjoy.

Dreadful experience of a two night stay with no clean towels, no room servicing, poor breakfast choice if vegan/vegetarian! We should have booked our two nights independently to give us a fresh room. However, we were told we should have requested a housekeeper to service our room? Never, ever come across that in many years of travelling the world ever?!? The shower door didn’t close tightly so the floor would flood! The general cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The staff were however friendly.

Angelika was excellent throughout She listened to my requests and made sure they were all dealt with going above and beyond. My going to the hotel was not planned as my car broke down. Angelika was attentive and sympathetic very bubbly and helpful. Thank you Karim

I was amazed and delighted by the room. It was beautiful and clean and the fresh bedding was lovely. The team on reception on both check in and check out were warm, welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much. The manger should know how amazing f her team was when we checked in and out

I was shouted in my face twice by a male member of staff in the restaurant and i reported this to reception the manager who was not there was informed as whilst I was at the reception the young lady received a call from the manager stating a complaint was being filed against the employee then again the following Monday at breakfast a piece of bread that was stuck in the toaster that had nothing to do with me was burning I switched off the toaster and the Same employee pushed past me and called us idiots again shouting in my face a couple of inches away from me this was reported to reception I never ate in the restaurant for 2 days both times was put in writing as we were guests at this hotel the manager refused to accnowledge the complaints and when I spoke to her boss he said they had to be investigated this means it has to be recorded and a acknowledgement sent to the complainant however this was never done and when I ask the manager for acknowledgement of the complaint she claimed I she was not going to talk to me so I walked out in disgust We have used this hotel for years and never had any problems all the staff have been polite and professional however when a employee a abused a guest on two occasions and the manager refuses to acknowledge a complaint the hotel is starting to go downhill and will drag the other employees with it we use Wyndham hotels a lot and this is not their normal way to deal with customers this manager and employee is a disgrace to the company When I spoke to the managers boss I did delete a review on trip advisor believing the formal complaint was being addressed now I know I should have left. It as there is no point in complaining as nothing is being taken seriously

A very pleasant and comfortable experience. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
