We were attending a wedding at The Grafton Manor and the shuttle service was a nice addition. This worked very well for us. The gentleman was very amiable to our needs and overall the stay was a short, but pleasant one.

We chose this hotel as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Grafton Manor. As they said that they did a shuttle service to and from the location, this seemed like the perfect location. We arrived and the room smelt musty and unclean. The room itself was dusty and dirty. The bathroom had some mildew in it. One positive...

i do sincerely apologise for this reviewers experience.Upon investigation the problem was caused by overgrown ivy near the bedroom window which has since been cut back to prevent further ant entry.As the reviewer experienced flying ant activity can be unpredictable and swift usually dependant on temperature and humidity.Not much consolation ,so once again apologies.

I have not stayed at this hotel but I reserved rooms at this hotel as my daughter is getting married at Grafton Manor in April 2010. The gentleman told me that he would pencil me in at the back of the dairy and call to confirm at beginning of January. I have just phone them to confirm that I require...
