Our luxury Chalet Panorama in the resort of Maria Alm, welcomed its first guests in December 2006. Less than one hour's drive from the historical city of Salzburg, the resort forms part of the Höchkonig Ski Circuit with over 150km of piste divided across four interlinking valleys. Awesome weekend at the Panorama. Luxurious and very well looked after by the team. On the doorstep to ski slopes, bars, kit hire etc. Fab in winter for skiing and would be stunning during the summer too.

Chalet Panorama is simply the best place to stay in Maria Alm. Having stayed there now on a number of occasions we have found the comfort, hospitality and surroundings to be exquisite. All the staff are very kind, considerate and extremely helpful. We couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you to Martyn and his team.

We stayed at the Chalet Panorama for one night only for a weekend trip. We have travelled with Select before and know they have a great customer service. Panorama is an exceptional chalet in an ideal position in Maria Alm, a picture perfect Austrian ski village. You feel privileged to be in such a beautiful family home. It is spacious luxurious and cannot be faulted. Nikita and all the Select team are so welcoming and go above and beyond to look after all your needs. Thierry is truly a master chef and we enjoyed a fantastic meal including a special cake for our teenage daughter. We would recommend this magical place to anyone!

What can I say about Chalet Panorama other than Excellent! Excellent accommodation Excellent location Excellent staff (in particular Nikita and Thierry, but more on that later) Excellent food Excellent time So we arrived early January as a group of very mixed ability skiers, from the brilliant skier to the beginner and all are accommodated for around Maria Alm. Two of our group also had birthdays whilst here and team Thierry created amazing birthday cakes as deserts including a Baked Alaska. Sadly I had an accident on our second day and this is where the service from Nikita and Thierry went above and beyond!! From organising a doctors appointment, taking me to the hospital, waiting for me whilst we collected the prescriptions, splints and crutches, and then providing lifts for the rest of the week around the village to ensure we could get to places to still be included with our group. And then the way Thierry looked after me whilst at the chalet, making sure I had drinks, the most superb home made soup for lunches, I can honestly say I had a wonderful holiday although not the one I had hoped for. Beautiful and luxurious chalet in the picturesque village of Maria Alm . We had a fantastic stay in The Penthouse at Chalet Panorama, great location on the edge of the village, excellent accommodation spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed . Lovely team of staff so friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble they looked after us really well during our stay, excellent food and fantastic service We would definitely love to return and cannot recommend the Chalet enough it was fabulous in every respect. Thank You !

We stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years as an extended family party of 13 (ages 6-70+), and were treated extremely well by Manager Nikita, Chef Thierry, and the rest of the team (Milla, Kyle and Demetri). They totally spoiled us with warm, friendly hospitality, an easy-going atmosphere, and outstanding food. They were able to adjust the dinner cadence to accommodate the little ones at a slightly earlier time with smaller portions, and immediately actioned the very minor comment we made about lighting in the penthouse. Even a little mix-up about the teenagers on the booking that was made before our arrival was handled seamlessly by Nikita and the team, and we are so grateful. The spa on the lower floor was a treat to go into after a day of skiing, and the candles and piped in music definitely enhanced the experience. This place is awesome and we definitely felt the love that has gone into the Select Chalet family company. The small details of hand-carved woodwork and thoughtful design of the Great Room layout felt really special to spend time in. Many thanks to the entire team! Apart from the large, clean and comfortable chalet just 5 minutes away from the lift, the staff made our stay very special. Especially Thierry, the chef, was so welcoming, preparing food for our 6 month old baby, and bringing up food to my sick husband while we were away. He even insisted on making a beautiful and delicious birthday cake! Thank you Thierry, Katie, Gracie, Tamar, Seb and Golan for taking such good care of us!
