We would like to let you know that we do have external laundry service at disposal. Kindly note that clothes that are brought to reception before 10 AM, are returned next day the latest around 10 AM. We have iron boards and irons at disposal for our guests. Eventually, during the day, we can ask housekeeping to give help, but we assure you this is not a standard Novotel service. Simone, take the train from the main station of Brussel to the airport (price is about 7,40 Euro); then at the airport passing the baggage control and go to the level -1 (E) following the sign Hotel Shuttles. The Novotel shuttle is the last one on the raw. He is coming all 10 - 20 minutes and will bring you to the hotel in only 5 minutes away. Have a good trip and nice stay at the Novotel, one of my favorite ones while travelling through Brussel.

You can book your shuttle at any time, just say the hour on checking in. It will be a taxi, but payed by the hotel. Checking out is possible all night. Did this already 2 times.
