A pleasant surprise in Northern Paris, St. Ouen. Very cosy and friendly place where you feel at home. Owners are very helpful and nice, including the dog. 30 meters from a bus stop that takes you to a metro station in about 10 mins. The nearest metro station to walk to is about 15 mins away. Room was large enough...

Brackfast is bassicaly absent. Only bread, butter, gem, croissant, coffe/tea. Furdermore lady warned us that there is only 1 croissant per person. The room did't look so nice as in pictures. The sink in the room and the bathroom is extremmly small. After a shower you cannot return in the bathroom with out getting wet on your feets. Rooms are...

Everything was more than amazing. The room was even nicer than the picture. The whole house is beautiful as well. She cooked us a very tasty dinner that was one of the best meals that we've had our whole trip. The free breakfast was cute and scrumptious. She runs a spectacular b&b.

I stayed with Sylvie and Erique for two nights. Couldn't ask for more. The hosts were warm and welcoming..the room is clean and cosy..there is a back garden where you can chill out in the sun.. Its within walking distance to the flea market aux 'Puces'...I would choose to stay here instead of a hotel at any time..it's pretty much...

This is an excellent B&B! Nice room, with large bathroom. All facilities available! Very nice garden with deck (jaccuzi, beach beds, bbq) Very nice/good beds. Nice and professional hostess (i.e. brought us to the train station by car, because she was going that direction anyway). Felt comfortable right away with these people. Delicious breakfast > freshly baked bread every day,...

The house is wonderful and the owners, Sylvie and Eric, are really kind and helpful. Also, the French dishes made by Sylvie are super delicious. In 2006, my first time in Paris, I stayed there and I loved the atmosphere of the house. After that, I always stay there. I really recommend it.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Eric and Sylvie's, the hosts were most accommodating and the room was finished to a high standard. Their little dog was very sweet and they have chickens in the garden. Breakfast was just right (they have a nespresso and tea maker), you get one croissant, bread, jams and cereal and yoghurt if...

Good location- close to the metro. Comfortable rooms -only downside was fact that we couldn't lock our room from the outside when we left for the day. The owner,Sylvie is most helpful with suggestions and we enjoyed the breakfasts ( especially fresh croissants and baguettes). We stayed here for 3 nights- one night our beds weren't made, but I'm sure it...

I give this accomodation the highest possible recommendation. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning and finished to the highest standards. The house itself is also lovely and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home. We were even given a lift to the train station when we left. The owners were such logvely people and extremely...
