Everything good. Good road access. Good parking. Room comfortable and very clean. Lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal menu quite small but in 2 nights I enjoyed everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free wifi. Very quiet and very calm. Some nice walking and cycling areas adjacent to hotel and a lake which is very picturesque. Minor negative... More

I was staying here during my business trip. They have many rooms. The location is quiet right next to the Lake Bruchsee. However it is at a distance from the City Centre and nothing besides the lake to look around. The size of the room is reasonable but the single bed is small. The breakfast spread is good. They provide... More

As There Are No Amenities in the Room we asked for some hot water for my wife who was ill.We have been charged 2 x 5 Euro for a can of hot water for 2 days in a row. The rooms are renovated with thick long haired carpets full of crumbles and not very hygienic or for people with allergies.... More

A one night business trip and first stay at this hotel. Usually I stay at the centre of Heppenheim. Set a bit in the middle of nowhere but in some pleasant surroundings. The predominant impression is 80s time warp both in the communal areas and bedrooms. The room was a reasonable size but the wall mounted single bed was cramped.... More

We stayed here on a busniess trip since everything else in the area was fully booked. I think we got to stay in the newly refurbished rooms (ground floor). They were fitted nicely although I'm not a big fan of carpets in hotel rooms. We had a couple of drinks at the bar when we returned to the hotel at... More

I booked a few rooms for a family party. We were more than disappointed by the attitude esp of the reception personnel (head of reception). Very unfriendly and rude. The location is great, so the opportunity is there. But execution is bad. Not recommended!

Bruchsee hotel is definitely the best hotel in Heppenheim and the hotel has a stunning waterfront location. The rooms are all outdated and some bathrooms are still in the 70's style. The ambience is a typical business hotel. The mini bar does not contain any drinks, these you need to order and pay prior to getting the mini bar filled... More

We managed to run away from our busy lives for a Friday to Sunday break and decided to combine it with a wine buying session. The hotel's situation is gorgeous and so peaceful. Heppenheim has a wonderful old city centre, but it is very touristy and this hotel allows you to enjoy Heppenheim at its best, without tripping over tourists.... More

We used this hotel as a stop-off on our drive from Slovakia to the UK, with a 2 year old toddler. There's lots to like about this hotel - The setting is lovely and its great with kids .. there's a lake right next-door with a lakeside walk and kids playground. - The outdoor terrace is lovely and the restaurant... This is a relatively small country hotel, in very nice surroundings and bordering a small lake. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The dinner menu is robustly German, very well cooked and prepared. The service is as you would expect, friendly, not overly sophisticated but clearly customer focused. Breakfast buffet is very good indeed, with a wide range of... More
