The pool area is nice at the bottom of the complex but we tended to use the infinity pool at the top as it was much nearer our room. However there aren't many beds there and very few have shade. So if you're not there first thing in the morning chances are you won't get beds,

We (Mrs Thorne and I) returned for a 10 day holiday to Lindos, a destination we have come back to time and time again over the last 30 years. There were 18 in the group this time with the others staying up the road, we chose to stay at The Gardens where we have stayed in the

Although we have visited Lindos for many years, this was our first visit to the Lindos Gardens Resort Complex. We were pleasantly surprised, the accomodation was clean and well maintained; the pool was warm but not really deep enough to have a proper swim ; the food was good and

We booked this through a travel agent as B+B. We arrived about 9.30 pm. Studio Room was small but sufficient. 2 ring hob , sink and fridge. Cutlery etc was just enough for 2 people. We didn't cook in as lots of good restaurants 10 minutes away in Lindos. Bed was hard and they

Hi there. There were a few family's with young'ish children, but tended to stay round the bottom pool. Our room was at the very top, next to the infinity pool where there weren't any kids and no inflatables allowed! Total tranquillity if that's what you want, or pop down to the bigger pool if you want a bit more 'life'.

Hi, Not sure when you are going? We always go end September beginning of October to avoid children as we are in our late sixties so there are usually only a few. I think they do attract families with children in the main season as there are childrens pools, play area etc.

Hi we are looking at this hotel self catering are there supermarkets nearby
Yes there are 2 supermarkets as you leave the entrance one on the lane to the left & 1 to the right by the bus park. If yo catch a bus to the local village you will find bigger ones.

Yes, I would say the area around the infinity pool is quieter. Of course, it's always pot luck as to whether your near neighbours are quiet or not. We had one disturbed night thanks to people partying on their terrace or balcony. Otherwise it was really peaceful.

"if trouble walking get a lower room"
"Ask for a room nearer to the pool as our room was a long way from the reception and involved climbing many steps or a steep hill."
"Ask for a 'low' room as the complex is built into cliffs so the rooms at the top have a very steep walk and steps up to them."
"Ask for lower floor!"
"Make sure you mention if need a low floor"
