Where do I start... We are lucky enough to be very experienced travelers, we've seen lots of places throughout the years and we also fell in love with Greece - we've visited this beautiful country 20+ times. However, I can safely say that this hotel is the best one yet - and I doubt there are hotels that will take its place, at least in our opinion. We've arrived there on the first day after people were able to return to Lindos given the wildfires situation and the staff has been taking really good care of us, we felt safe at all times. I'd like to point out their dedication and willingness to make you feel the best you've ever felt. Probably the best part of this hotel is the food at the buffet restaurants. I have never, in my life, had the pleasure to eat such good food. My plate was extremely full after every visit to the buffet and totally empty when leaving the table. I can not emphasize enough how tasty the food is - especially the Asian night! They even had pollen for breakfast! Not to mention the fruits and the awesome desserts. Now for the room, we booked a shared pool room and it was worth all the money. The pool is brilliant, all the other guests were very respectful and we had a great time. The room is clean, modern, practical. The housekeeping team was great, making sure we get our complimentary water bottle even if we didn't need our room cleaned that day. We also got several treats, included in our room price. The main pool is very nice, there were enough sun beds (keep in mind that the hotel was quite empty given the tricky situation) and the water was at a good temperature. We also enjoyed the smaller pool downstairs. The beach area is perfect, there are quite some steps to get there BUT you can always take the lifts (we discovered them on our last days there...). The sand is nice, water was perfect and all the bathrooms near the swimming areas were very well kept. I'd recommend ear plugs if you stay in a shared pool room as it's close to the main road, but it's not impossible at all to get a very good sleep there! There is a games room, but we didn't really have time to enjoy it because we had so much to do. You can play table tennis at no additional cost. We didn't have time to visit the gym either, but we enjoyed the swing a lot! There is a minimarket in the hotel with great prices and an awesome funicular takes you there from the reception. The staff was absolutely brilliant, they always had a sincere smile on their faces and made us feel like home! My only complaint would be that the food at one of the a la carte restaurants (Pelagos) was extremely salty the only time when we had lunch there. However, as the rest of the food was the absolute best, I'd say it was only a mistake. All things considered, Lindos Mare is definitely a hotel where we'll come back every year if possible and I'm sure it will exceed our expectations every single time. See you soon!…

As evacuation was ordered by the Greek Authorities, it was highly important for us to ensure the safeguard of our guests, even though the flames were still far away from our hotel. Thankfully, the evacuation order was called back the day after and all our guests were able to return and restart their holidays. Your words of praise regarding our food offering is a testament to our Chef’s and his brigade’s efforts to provide a memorable gastronomic journey through their creations presented at the buffet. Please rest assured that our culinary team will be very excited to know that you fell in love with our Asian night’s delicacies and managed to empty all your plates throughout your stay. We are very pleased, as well, to learn that your room fulfilled all your requirements, with the high levels of cleanliness maintained throughout and the unique moments of relaxation enjoyed at the room’s sharing pool. Apart from that, our hotel offers two additional pools, located next to “Pelagos - À La Carte Restaurant” and “Meltemi – Beach Restaurant” and a beachside that is easily accessible using a series of lifts, where comfortable sun loungers await our guests on the delicate sand that encircles the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. We came to the Lindos Mare for our honeymoon in October 2023 and from start to finish, we had a fantastic time. A lot of people have previously commented on the customer service and it's honestly the best customer service I've had at any hotel. The staff were so attentive and welcoming, always so helpful and lovely. The cleanliness, the food, the rooms, the views - I couldn't fault anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Lindos Mare and would love to return!

I honestly can’t fault this hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special and at home. The staff, from Efi and Savvas to the kitchen and bar staff are superb. If there is a problem, it is dealt with immediately and without fuss. We were lucky to be offered a room upgrade while we were there to a pool room, which was totally unexpected. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. No doubt we will return again soon.

Honestly, this hotel far exceeded my expectations on all levels. From a welcome drink and porter service on arrival, to quick and easy checkout process. The room was a very good size, with varied room service options. The hotel was kept to immaculate standards, clean and tidy at all times. And the views are stunning. I loved that I could order drinks to my sun lounger at the pool using a QR code. The beach sun loungers were great as I was also able to order snacks and dessert as well as drinks. It was these touches that really made it special. It took a few attempts to figure out the lifts down to the beach as the hotel is built into a hillside and you can't go straight down, but it was very easy once I knew where to go. I visited the spa and had a wonderful massage, the person at the spa reception went through everything they offered and recommended based on the relaxing experience I was looking for. The food options at the buffet breakfast and dinner are very varied, and the mains for dinner changed each night. Excellent food, and plenty of it! It was the staff who really made this stay for me, so friendly and they made sure I always had what I needed. Special thank you to Nikos at Estia restaurant, he remembered my preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner, and had my morning orange juice served without me needing to ask. This was my first visit to Rhodes on holiday, and I have already started looking for dates to return to this hotel again next year.…

This was our first time to Lindos and to the Lindos Mare hotel. The reviews we read before booking made us think there was a high bar to live up to! And we were not disappointed as the staff and customer service team were as fantastic as the glorious sea views. What was lovely was that not only did this make us enjoy our holiday but the friendliness and wanting to go the extra mile was consistent everywhere we went. Reception staff always smiling and wishing us a good day, same with the breakfast staff ( the food us excellent by the way!!) and the pool bar staff and everyone else we came into contact with. I was blown away by how lovely everyone was and particularly when I realized how genuine this was, my wife and I were made to feel, happy, relaxed and special. I asked if I could speak with the manager in the morning I checked out to thank them for all they had done. She was there in the reception with her Team and spoke to me straight away. Just got back this week from a lovely 11 day stay at this Hotel. The Hotel is in a great position nestled in the side of a mountain with fantastic views over Vlacha Bay. The Hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean and the food at the buffet and A La Carte restaurants is excellent. Because of the position there are a number of steps to deal with. This was no problem for my wife and I but there are 3 lifts at the various stages to get you from Reception to the beach which is very nice with calm seas ideal for swimming. I cannot praise all the Staff enough, they were all extremely pleasant and helpful. It’s difficult to name everyone who made our stay so memorable but we would like to thank Mr Savvas, Elias, Nicos and Illias. (Restaurant Staff). I would recommend the A La Carte nights which were a great experience. The Hotel is only one bus stop away from Lindos which is worth a visit, but mostly we stayed at the Hotel as we were looking for a chill out holiday for which the Lindos Mare is perfect. Would also recommend the Spa which is a great holiday experience and the Staff again are very friendly and professional. Thanks again to everyone. Chris and Angela Wheeler. This is a wonderful hotel that goes to great lengths to ensure you have a lovely holiday. Lots of treats for our birthdays that we were celebrating. 2 bottles of Prosecco and 2 chocolate cakes! Our double room with a sea view was great and had everything we needed. Room 236 I recommend it. Fabulous views from the balcony, very comfortable bed, lots of cupboards and hanging space, coffee machine, good products in the bathroom. We were very happy with the quality of the food both at breakfast and dinner. My only small gripe was that they were running down their stock of wine as it was end of season so found it difficult to get a decent bottle of red in our price range. All the staff we encountered were very efficient and friendly and we got the impression that they enjoyed working at the Lindos Mare. October is a great month to visit Lindos. The weather was sunny every day and about 25 degrees. The sea was also lovely and warm and very clear. We might make this a regular October break and would definitely chose the Lindos Mare.…
