Lovely site we are a family of four - 2 Adults, 2 Children (11, 2) and 2 Dogs.
This was our first trip in our tourer caravan, stayed here for 8 nights.
Good size pitches although we couldn't book an awning pitch we did have plenty of space to put up our wind breaks and park our car at the side too.
Close to the beach short 5-10 min walk, short dog walk on site, and facilities are very good - toilet/shower block cleaned everyday. Good small play are and friendly reception.

Very noisy site in places, meant to be no noise after 10 pm but music and shouting going on until 3 am. Family site means loads of family members and travellers on there with young kids swearing encouraged by the parents. Clean toilets and generally a nice site. Within easy walking distance of the shops and beach, small shop across the road, showers are 40 pence but you get a good time for your money. Lake looks good, didn't take my tackle but see a far few fish caught.

Great location as within a very short walk to bars restaurants and the beach. Very basic site although good size pitches. Need a bit more instruction on arrival about how and where to position motorhome on pitch as not made very clear. Unfortunately the toilets were always in need of a clean when I used them. Very dated and the showers the same. Adequate amount but you have to buy tokens for the shower at 30p a time. Which doesn’t help when you realise this at 7am in the morning and reception isn’t open then. Can’t spend too long in there as I think they cut off around 5 mins after use so don’t enjoy it too much. All in all a nice quiet site and water facilities located all around the site. Nowhere for motorhome s to drain out water though unless you bring containers so not good for a longer stay.

Stayed here with wife and daughter in our tourer on a super pitch for 7 nights July 2020.

Loverly site with excellent staff, the grounds are well kept and the pitch was spacious with EHU and water plus grey water drainage. Only 5 mins walk from Ingoldmells and the beach. Would recommend this site for familys the play park is really good and clean.

Only thing I would suggest is may be a couple of speed humps outside the kids park as I think some cars come far to fast past it and kids being kids sometimes don't look. But there is a site 5mph speed limit that is well sign posted but some people seem to struggle with instructions, which is no fault of the site owners.

Myself and 3 female friends booked to stay here for one night in OUR own tent. We are not teenagers or in our 20's. We are all in our mid to higher 30's responsible women. We made our booking on line entering details of our titles and full names and age range. When arriving in ingoldmells I rang the office to get directions from fantasy island and told the office lady I would see her shortly. 5 mins later we pulled up at the park to find a sign saying back in 10 mins!!! Waited the 10 mins and then approached what I can only call a sour faced woman, no smile no welcome. I introduced myself only to be asked again who I was as she thought I'd called myself Bruce! Yes of course the long blonde hair and floral top must have come across as masculine! She told me she had no booking for my names party again in a rude tone then checked her computer. She told me that we could not stay as they don't accept same sex parties I told her I'd paid and entered our party details on line and relieved a confirmation email. She then took the rudeness to another level, waving the terms and conditions in my face. When asking for a refund she laughed and sneered and said no again waving the terms and conditions in my face. Now I understand that maybe I should have read all the small print but after entering all the party details I didn't for one minute think there would be a problem. At no point was this woman polite or even crack a smile to what could be customers. She was absolutely awful and had no customer service or basic people skills. To me ingoldmells is a place of fun and lightheartedness, this place is not for that. If you want a pleasant and warm welcoming stay then stay away from this place. Again we had our own tent, we were not about to trash or wreck anything. There's plenty of lovely places in ingoldmells this is not one of them.

This is a family friendly site with loads of rules ie no ball games no kites what are kids supposed to do.
The pictures are the view from right outside our caravan considering the site was only half full No Need.
Security barrier not working for the last 2 weeks and grass areas not being cut a bit of discontent from regulars on the site.
Will not be going back.

We booked a 3 night stay here at the may bank holiday with our touring caravan. On arriving we were given no information at all about the sight. They put us on a pitch right next to the area where you empty your waste water and toilet. To be fair we were moved without any fuss. The new pitch was full of holes in the grass which we had to fill in before we put our awning up. After paying a high price for the 3 nights we had to then pay to have a shower and these were not the cleanest. There was no mop or sqweegy to clean the showers after use which I find disgusting. Our 1st and last visit.

Well I'll start with the good:
Nice sized site with good security and barrier entrance.
Modern toilet/shower block.
Mix of static, sited tourers and weekender's.
Kids play area
A short walk to the bars and shops and beach.

Now for the bad:
Many campers have a tale to tell about their dealings with the old lady who runs the site.
She appears to make up the rules as she goes along whilst being consistently rude and abrupt to almost everyone which is a real shame as it's a nice place.
